PURPOSE: A method and device for data transmission and a recording medium for the same are provided to enhance quality of a real-time service and a success rate of data transmission. CONSTITUTION: A control unit (181) attempts data transmission to a device, and determines whether the data transmission succeeds or not. If the number of attempts of the data transmission is equal to at least one or more predetermined values, the control unit delays the data transmission for a predetermined time. The control unit reattempts the data transmission after the predetermined time passes. PURPOSE: In a wireless LAN environment, a video transmission system, a wireless communication apparatus and a method thereof are provided to use wireless channel information, thereby use independent FEC(Forward Error Correction) encoding rate per access point. CONSTITUTION: A video server(400) stores various video contents for a multimedia internet service. The video server provides the stored various video contents to terminal devices(408,410,412,414) through communications network. The video server divides video data into packets before delivering the video data to access points(402,404,406). The video server encodes the divided packet form video data by using a predetermined packet level FEC coding method. The video server transmits the encoded video data to the terminal devices through each access point. 본 발명은 마크로 셀의 커버리지 내에 펨토 셀이 위치하는 무선 통신 시스템에서 주파수 자원을 할당하는 방법에 대한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 시스템 주파수 대역을 공통(Common) 주파수 대역과 적어도 두 개의 셀 가장자리 주파수 대역으로 구분하고, 상기 공통 주파수 대역은 상기 마크로 셀과 상기 펨토 셀이 공유하는 공유(Shared) 주파수 대역과 상기 마크로 셀을 위한 전용 주파수 대역으로 구분하여 주파수 자원을 할당한다. 구체적으로, 구분된 시스템 대역을 이용하여, 마크로 기지국은 상기 마크로 셀과 통신하는 단말(MUE)과 상기 마크로 셀 간의 제 1 거리에 따라, 상기 MUE를 위한 가용 주파수 자원을 할당하고, 펨토 셀은 상기 펨토 셀과 상기 마크로 셀 간의 제 2 거리에 따라 상기 펨토 셀과 통신하는 단말(FUE)를 위한 가용 주파수 자원을 할당한다.

PURPOSE: A cooperative communication method in a sub band between multi nodes based on long term channel information and a device thereof are provided to set the priority of a base station in a sub band and perform scheduling in a sub band based on the set priority. CONSTITUTION: A scheduler(1420) schedules how to use each sub band of a target base station. The scheduler generates scheduling information for the target base station. An information exchange unit(1430) transmits the scheduling information of the target base station to at least one adjacent base station at every set cycle. The information exchange unit receives scheduling information for the adjacent base station. A re-scheduler(1440) schedules each sub band based on the scheduling information of the target base station and the scheduling information of the adjacent base station.

본 발명은 전송 전력 제어에 관한 것으로 백본과 무선으로 연결된 기지국에서 전송전력 제어방법에 있어서 백본의 링크 상태 및 용량을 결정하는 과정과 기지국과 이동통신 단말기 사이의 링크 상태 및 서비스 용량을 결정하는 과정과 상기 용량이 상기 서비스 용량보다 작은 경우, 상기 기지국의 전송 전력을 기 정의된 값 만큼 낮춤으로써, 상기 용량을 상기 서비스 용량과 유사하게 하는 과정을 포함하는 것으로 백본의 용량을 고려하여 전송 전력을 조절함으로써 서비스의 품질이 향상되는 이점이 있다.

The first base station transmits the preamble to the second base station in a second power level(406). The second base station presumes the second power level based on a channel gain(408). PURPOSE: A device and a method for transmitting a load indicator in a broad band wireless communication system are provided to supply whole resource usage rate as a load indicator and inflexible resource usage rate, thereby selecting serving base station more effectively in a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A base station checks the load state if transmission timing of DCD(Downlink Channel Descriptor)/UCD(Uplink Channel Descriptor) is introduced(501,503). The base station generates a load indicator expressing a resource utilization rate and inflexible resource utilization(505). The base station generates the DCD/UCD including the load indicator(507). The base station broadcasts the DCD/UCD. If the transmission timing of a neighboring advertisement message is introduced, the base station transmits the neighboring advertisement message including the load indicator of a neighboring base station(509,511).

PURPOSE: An uplink resource allocation method in a wireless communication system is provided to reduce the time consumed in a resource allocating process for transmitting data in an uplink. CONSTITUTION: A UE(User Equipment) constitutes a first message in order to include a preamble. The UE constitutes a first message to adaptively include more resource request information according to the communications state with a BS(Base Station). The UE transmits the first message to the BS(S300). The communications state is determined by considering the information from a group, including channel quality information, with the BS, location information, and downlink receiving signal level information.
