PURPOSE: A composite membrane is provided to improve ion conductance and a mechanical property using a compound with improved thermal stability and ion transfer ability. CONSTITUTION: A compound has silsesquioxane and a group of chemical formula 1 is directly connected to one or more silsesquioxane silicon. A composition contains the compound and a conductive polymer. A complex contains a reactant of the composition. A composite membrane contains the complex. An electrode contains the composition and the complex. A fuel cell contains a cathode, an anode, and an electrolyte membrane inserted between the cathode and the anode. The electrolyte membrane is the composite membrane.

PURPOSE: An applicator with a plurality of slots with different sizes is provided to improve a treatment effect by using resonance on a plurality of slot open surfaces. CONSTITUTION: A conductor(110) includes a first conductive surface which is grounded and a second conductive surface which is used as a transmission line. A dielectric(120) is filled in the conductor. The transmission line transmits a high frequency transmitted from the outside. A slot group is composed of a plurality of slots(140a-140f) which is arranged to generate different resonant frequencies when a high frequency signal passes. A microstrip line is used as the input terminal of the applicator.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a broadband permittivity ratio and a measuring method thereof are provided to accurately measure the permittivity ratio of various materials including a biomaterial without the process of complex signal processing by measuring only a direct current voltage according to the size of a sending and a receiving signal. CONSTITUTION: A probe part(110) contacts with a measure object in a permittivity ratio measurement apparatus(100). An impedance conversion circuit(120) changes the impedance value of the probe part. A frequency signal generator(140) generates a high frequency signal. A directional coupler(130) applies the high frequency signal, which is generated in the frequency signal generator, to the impedance conversion circuit and divides a sending and a receiving signal. A power detector(150) detects two direct current voltages corresponding to each output power from the sending and the receiving signal which is separated from the directional coupler. An analog-digital converter(160) changes the analog signals of two direct current voltages into a digital signal. An arithmetic and logic unit(170) calculates the reflection coefficient of the measure material from the digital signal and measures the permittivity ratio of a measure material.

PURPOSE: An aqueous suspension of a cardanol polymer is provided to ensure excellent thermal stability, mechanical properties, weather resistance, and antibacterial property and to enable environment-friendly mass production through suspension polymerization in a water phase without crosslinking agents. CONSTITUTION: An aqueous suspension of a cardanol polymer includes cardanol-based polymer beads in which a main chain is chemical formula 3. The average particle diameter of the cardanol-based polymer beads is 0.2-5 micron. The content of the cardanol-based polymer beads is 0.1-50 weight% based on the total weight of the aqueous suspension of the cardanol polymer.

본 발명은 광대역 주파수에서의 유전율 측정 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는 임피던스 변환 회로를 통해 측정 대상 물질과 접촉하고 있는 탐침의 임피던스를 변화시키고, 이에 따라 송수신되는 신호의 크기를 측정함으로써 대상 물질의 반사 계수를 얻을 수 있고, 이를 통해 유전율을 정확히 측정할 수 있는 광대역 유전율 측정 장치 및 그 측정 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 광대역 유전율 측정 장치에 의하면 광대역에서 동작하는 임피던스 변환 회로를 이용함으로 이용함으로써 송수신 신호의 크기에 따른 직류 전압만을 측정하여 복잡한 신호 처리의 과정 없이도 생체물질을 비롯한 다양한 물질의 유전율을 정확하게 측정할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
