Abstract: An optical scanning apparatus and a three-dimensional display apparatus are provided to see a stereoscopic image without using glasses capable of recognizing the stereoscopic image. An optical scanning apparatus includes a moving body. The moving body is able to move with a plurality of emitting units emitting light modulated to transmit image information. A magnetic part is attached to the moving body. One end of an elastic body such as a spring is connected to the moving body, and the other end of the elastic body is connected to a fixing part(630). The magnetic part is arranged along a movement direction of the moving body. Movement of the moving body is controlled by a linear movement guide(610).
