본 발명은 반도체 소자에 관한 것으로 특히, 발광 소자 패키지 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 제 1면에서 내측으로 함몰된 제 2면을 가지는 장착부를 포함하고, 전도성 반도체로 이루어지는 캐리어; 상기 캐리어의 제 2면의 내측에 위치하는 제 1결합금속층; 상기 제 1결합금속층 상에 위치하고, 제 1전극을 포함하는 금속 구조; 상기 금속 구조 상에 위치하는 발광 소자 구현을 위한 반도체 구조; 상기 제 1면 상에 위치하는 패시베이션층; 및 상기 반도체 구조와 접촉되며 상기 패시베이션 층 상에 위치하는 제 2전극을 포함하여 구성된다.

PURPOSE: A multimedia device for providing a different interface depending on the location or posture of a user and a method for controlling the same are provided to improve user convenience by providing a convenient operation menu layout based on the posture or location of a user. CONSTITUTION: An image receiver (331) receives the front side image of a multimedia device photographed in a camera. An image classification unit (380) classifies a user area by processing the image. A user recognition unit (390) recognizes the posture or location of the user on the basis of the user area and produces user data. A display unit (350) displays graphic data for controlling the multimedia device. According to the user data, a controller (370) controls to vary the layout of the graphic data. PURPOSE: A display screen providing method of a multimedia apparatus and multimedia apparatus thereof are provided to suitability control a display screen by changing the location of a user. CONSTITUTION: A multimedia apparatus tracks the distance information of a user(S2001). In case the location of a user is changed, the multimedia apparatus determines a distance between the user and the multimedia apparatus(S2002,S2003). In case the distance is reduced, the multimedia apparatus magnifies the size of a display screen(S2004). In case the distance is increased, the multimedia apparatus reduces the size of the display screen(S2005).

PURPOSE: A gesture recognition method using a multimedia apparatus and apparatus thereof are provided to improve the convenience of a user by enabling a user to use objects as a gesture input unit. CONSTITUTION: An image recognition unit(171) recognizes objects existed in images by analyzing the images captured by an image sensing unit. A storage unit(140) stores mapping data for the operation of a multimedia apparatus and a user gesture. A control unit(170) establishes gesture input waiting states by loading the mapping data and by searching the mapping data from the storage unit. The image sensing unit includes a depth image sensor and an RGB(Red, Green, and Blue) image sensor.

PURPOSE: A multimedia apparatus, a heterogeneous image sensor, and a controlling method thereof are provided to consider recognition distance/performance by removing a problem in a recognition process which a camera supplies. CONSTITUTION: A face recognition module(1212) identifies a user by using generated information according to the control of a second image sensor for extracting a first image sensor and color data for extracting depth data. A memory(1213) stores a preference channel. An extracting unit(1216) extracts information about the preference channel corresponding to the user. A display unit(1219) displays a guide message for indicating the preference channel.
