The present invention relates to a method for enhancing disease resistance of plants using LED irradiation. More specifically, the present invention can suppress diseases by inducing the expression of genes related to the diseased of plants using an LED with a specific wavelength and provides a method for enhancing disease resistance of plants and plants with improved disease resistance. Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for cultivation of bean sprout using light emitting diode (LED) irradiation is provided to increase the hardness and the nutrient of bean sprout. CONSTITUTION: Disinfected bean sprout seed is germinated in a constant temperature and humidity sprouting container at 22~27°C. The germinated seed is irradiated with 440-470nm wavelength of LED. The LED irradiated seed is cultivated for 4-7 days. The hardness and the nutrient content of LED irradiated bean sprout are increased compare with unirradiated bean sprout. The nutrient is free amino acid. The free amino acid is asparagines or GABA (γ-aminobutyric acid).

PURPOSE: An antifungal composition containing tomato liquid which is prepared by fermenting tomato with bacteria which cause soft rot, and a use thereof are provided to ensure excellent antifungal effect. CONSTITUTION: An antifungal composition contains tomato liquid which is prepared by fermenting tomato with bacteria which cause soft rot, as an active ingredient. The bacteria belong to Pectobacterium species. A method for preventing fungi comprises a step of treating the fungi with the composition. The fungi are candida including C. albicans and C. glabrata. A therapeutic agent for athlete's foot contains the tomato liquid as an active ingredient.

본 발명은 채소 무름병으로부터 생성된 채소 무름액을 유효성분으로 함유하는 항진균용 조성물 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 채소 무름병으로부터 생성된 채소 무름액을 유효성분으로 함유하는 항진균용 조성물, 상기 채소 무름액을 유효 성분으로 함유하는 무좀 치료제 및 상기 채소 무름액을 방제하고자 하는 진균에 처리하여 진균을 방제하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
