The paper sludge incinerate material is formed by incinerating the sludge of a powder type. The paper sludge incinerate material is the alkaline powder of which pH is 12.3~12.9 or more.

    Abstract: A method for integrally treating high concentration organic waste is provided to replace deficient resources with the recycled organic waste and treat the high concentration organic waste safely without a secondary environmental pollution by preparing an acidic powder from sewage sludge and high concentration organic waste, treating the high concentration organic waste with the acidic powder, thereby utilizing the treated high concentration organic waste as a soil covering material of a landfill. A method for integrally treating high concentration organic waste comprises: a first mixing step(S1) of mixing sewage sludge, an acidic powder, and calcium oxide; a first drying step(S2) of primarily drying the mixture to remove water and odor from the mixture; a first curing step(S3) of curing the dried material to stabilize temperature and water content of the dried material; a second mixing step(S4) of mixing the cured material with sulfuric acid and a papermaking powder; a second curing step(S5) of secondly curing the mixture to stabilize temperature and water content of the mixture; a pulverizing step(S6) of pulverizing the cured material into particles with a predetermined particle size to prepare an acidic powder; a circulating step of circulating a portion of the acidic powder to the first mixing step, and injecting the residual acidic powder to the third mixing step; a third mixing step(S7) of thirdly mixing separated food liquid as high concentration organic waste with the acidic powder and calcium oxide; a second drying step(S8) of secondly drying the mixture to remove water and odor from the mixture; a fourth mixing step(S9) mixing the dried material with a liquid solidifier; and a third curing step(S10) of curing the mixture to obtain strength of the mixture as a solid. Further, a mixing ratio of the sewage sludge, the acidic powder and the calcium oxide is 1:0.24 to 0.36:0.096 to 0.114.
