Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a novel sodium/sulfur cell which overcomes problems associated with stability and limited working temperature which are disadvantages of existing sodium/sulfur cell working in liquid state. CONSTITUTION: The sodium/sulfur cell consists of a solid sodium anode; a solid polymer electrolyte consisting of 10-98 wt% of ion conductor, 1-3 wt% of sodium salt, and 1-60 wt% of glymic solvents; and a solid sulfur anode consisting of 10-80 wt% of sulfur, 1-50 wt% of carbon, 1-50 wt% of polyethylene oxide, and 1-10 wt% of sodium salt. The sodium anode is selected from the group consisting of sodium metal, sodium powder, sodium alloy, sodium compound, and carbon containing sodium ion. The sulfur cathode is selected from the group consisting of active sulfur, organic sulfur compound, and alloy containing sulfur.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A radial rotation device of an air apparatus is provided for easy molding process reducing manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: An air apparatus(50) comprises a rotation shaft(52), an air passage(54), a wing rotating part(56) and a housing(58). The air apparatus is installed in a central axis of the housing, while providing a grinder(60) in an end of the rotation shaft. A cap having an air supplying port is connected at the rear end of the housing to supply air. The air passage is formed to inject air by the wing rotating part. The air passage comprises a first air passage(76) connected to the air supplying port, and a second air passage(78) connected to the housing lengthwise.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An alloy for casting is provided which has superior corrosion resistance, ordinary temperature strength and elongation by adding Mn as a third element to a Mg-Zn binary alloy. CONSTITUTION: The high strength corrosion resisting Mg alloy for casting comprises 3.0 to 6.5 wt.% of Zn, 0.7 to 1.3 wt.% of Mn and a balance of Mg. The Mg-Zn-Mn alloy has superior corrosion resistance and tensile properties compared to an existing typical magnesium alloy AZ91C alloy. The Mg-Zn-Mn alloy is suitable for a structural material of an automobile, airplane, etc. due to its light weight and can be used as a substitutional material for an existing AZ based Mg alloy which is most widely used currently since it represents superior corrosion resistance and tensile properties compared to the existing Mg alloy.
