Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a speed of a high temperature object and a method thereof are provided, which measures a transportation speed of the object accurately, by maintaining a constant intensity and polarization of two beams incident on the high temperature object and by removing a noise light generated at the high temperature. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus includes a semiconductor laser(21) radiating a laser beam, and a Brag cell(22) dividing the laser beam radiated from the semiconductor laser into two beams having different frequencies each other, and a bending mirror(23) bending two laser beams divided by the Brag cell, and optical fibers(24,25) which are connected to the bending mirror respectively and transport the bent laser beams respectively. And a sensor head(27) is constituted to radiate the laser beam transported by the optical fibers to a steel(26). The sensor head includes polarization beam splitters(28,29) dividing the laser beam into a vertically polarized beam and a horizontally polarized beam, and bending mirrors(30,31) bending the horizontally polarized beam, and polarization diffraction gratings(32,33) converting the horizontally polarized beam bent in the bending mirrors into a vertically polarized beam.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A measuring method of the thickness of an aluminum in a niodium permanent magnet is provided to easily, simply and exactly measure the thickness by using the weight difference before and after melting a film with a sodium hydroxide solution. CONSTITUTION: The weight of a niodium permanent magnet coated with an aluminum film is measured. A sodium hydroxide solution is produced. The aluminum film is melted with the sodium hydroxide solution. Remaining materials on the surface of the magnet are removed. The weight of the niodium permanent magnet is measured. The weight of the melted film is calculated by the weight difference before and after melting the film. The thickness of the film is calculated by using the weight.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A laser doppler velocimeter and measuring error removing method according to reflectivity change of steel plate using the same is provided to measure speed of steel plate stably by outputting signal of proper level without changing installation condition of laser doppler velocimeter. CONSTITUTION: A low frequency optical detector(9) detects lights reflected after scanning and abstracting separately one of two beam split at an acousto-optic shifter(2) using a beam splitter(7) and a mirror(8). Output of the low frequency optical detector(9) is proportional to reflectivity of steel plate(6). Output of the low frequency optical detector(9) is input to a variable RF voltage supplier(10) and controls output voltage of RF voltage supplier(10). Output signal of an optical detector(5) is the largest because two laser beam(F1,F2) to be used as speed measurement has the best interface efficiency when strength ratio is same. If the output of low frequency optical detector(9) is low, the controller increases the output voltage of a variable RF voltage supplier(10) and make the rate of the laser beam same. If not, the controller make the rate of the laser beam different.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A sputtering evaporation source of unbalance magnetron is provided to improve an evaporation rate and an ionization rate and to increase up to 30cm for the distance between a board and a target by installing a reinforcing plate made up of metal around an electromagnet in an unbalance magnetron method. CONSTITUTION: A magnetron sputtering evaporation source is used to evaporate with ions generated by feeding a high voltage to a target in a non-active gas atmosphere. Herein, an unbalance magnetron method is used to improve a film characteristic by feeding an additional magnetic field to the outside of the evaporation source and increasing the ionization rate of a board. The evaporation rate is improved by covering around the electromagnet with a reinforcing plate made up of metal while the ionization rate is improved even at a low electromagnet current. Further, the reinforcing plate is consisted of pure iron, and the current is 2 to 5 Angstroms.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing a titanium compound film is provided to improve a film characteristic by using an improved unbalance magnetron sputtering evaporation source and selecting a proper unbalance degree and ionization rate and to produce at a low board temperature. CONSTITUTION: A titanium compound film is made up by using a sputtering evaporation source installed with a titanium target(10) and a glow discharge in an atmosphere that non-active gas is mixed with reactive gas. Accordingly, the adhesiveness, the bright degree of color, and the characteristic of film and so on are improved. In addition, since the film is produced at less than 150°C, a sensitive material such as plastic is also produced.

상기 진공조내에 소재를 장입하기전에 소재를 샌드브라스팅처리하는 단계;
상기와 같이 전처리된 소재를 진공조내에 장입하여 진공을 유지시킨 후 불활성 개스 분위기에서 개스방전에 의해 소재를 청정시키는 단계;
상기와 같이 소재를 청정시킨 후, 10
-4 토르 이하의 고진공에서 이루어지는 이온플레이팅에 의해 소재의 표면에 피막을 형성하는 단계;및
