Abstract:
본 발명은 탄소나노섬유에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 피치의 물성에 따라 제조되는 탄소나노섬유의 특성이 달라지는데 착안하여 안출된 원하는 특성을 갖는 탄소나노섬유 제조시 사용하기에 적합한 물성을 갖는 신규피치중합체, 상기 신규피치중합체를 이용하여 원하는 물성을 갖도록 제어되어 형성된 탄소나노섬유 및 상기 탄소나노섬유를 포함하는 탄소재료에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a composite carbon nanofiber with good photocatalytic activity, a filter including the composite carbon nanofiber, and a thermal stability photocatalytic sol solution used in the manufacturing method are provided to offer adsorption capacity of the carbon nano fiber and photolysis property to the fiber. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a composite carbon nanofiber with good photocatalytic activity includes the following steps: gaining chlorination fiber by stabilizing a carbon nano fiber precursor at 200 - 350°C; preparing a photocatalytic sol solution; coating the chlorination fiber with the photocatalytic sol solution; and carbonizing the chlorination fiber. A photocatalyst is ZnO, WO3, SnO2, ZrO2, TiO2, or CdS.
