Abstract: PURPOSE: Catalytic materials including nano-size siderite or iron sulfide and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have a simple manufacturing process, and to be used as a catalyst for purification of the water contaminated by the heavy metal which is sensitive to oxidation-reduction from the oxidation of iron mineral, or the waste water contaminated by organic load decomposable by oxidation-reduction reaction. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of catalytic materials including nano-size siderite or iron sulfide comprises: a step of glucose to the precipitate of acid mine drainage; and a step of fermenting the glucose-added precipitate at anaerobic condition. The above reaction is progressed under the temperature of 20-30°C and pressure condition of 0.8-1.2 atm for 15-30 days. The particle size of the iron sulfide is 40-60 nm. The particle size of the siderite is 400-600 nm.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供包括纳米级菱铁矿或硫化铁在内的催化材料及其制造方法,具有简单的制造工艺,并且用作用于净化被氧化还原敏感的重金属污染的水的催化剂 从铁矿物的氧化,或被有机负荷污染的废水通过氧化还原反应可分解。 构成:包括纳米级菱铁矿或硫化铁在内的催化材料的制造方法包括:将葡萄糖置于酸性矿井排水沉淀中; 以及在厌氧条件下发酵葡萄糖的沉淀物的步骤。 上述反应在20-30℃的温度和0.8-1.2atm的压力条件下进行15-30天。 硫化铁的粒径为40-60nm。 菱铁矿的粒径为400-600nm。

Abstract: 석고보드폐기물을이용한이산화탄소의고정및 탄산칼슘합성방법을제공한다. 석고보드폐기물을이용한이산화탄소의고정및 탄산칼슘합성방법은석고보드폐기물을염기성용액에넣어슬러리를형성하는단계; 상기슬러리에이산화탄소를주입하는단계; 및상기이산화탄소를주입한슬러리를 0.1㎫내지 0.5㎫의압력및 100℃내지 150℃의온도로가압및 가열하는단계를포함하는석고보드폐기물을이용한이산화탄소의고정및 탄산칼슘합성방법을포함한다. 따라서석고보드폐기물과이산화탄소의반응을이용하여탄산칼슘(방해석, Calcite)의합성에따른이산화탄소의고정뿐아니라이에따라합성한최종생성물인탄산칼슘을합성하여시멘트의원료물질로사용가능성에응용할수 있다.
