PURPOSE: A hair drying device is provided, which minimizes power consumption, reduces damage of hair, and improves skin health by irradiating red and blue LED to the scalp. CONSTITUTION: A hair drying device comprises a main body; a motor(20) installed inside the main body; a lamp holder(30) in which a ventilation fan(21) and a heater(22) are installed in the front of the main body; a near infrared ray lamp part(40) installed in a lamp holder; an LED lamp part(60) which is built in the main body and includes blue and red LED; and an optical fiber part which is built in the main body. The main body is equipped with an inlet port(12) in which air flows; and an outlet(13) through which air heated by a heater is exhausted. The lamp part reduces drying time of hair by irradiating near infrared ray to hair.

A bioconjugate, a sensing membrane where the bioconjugate is fixed on the surface, a biological detection kit containing the sensing membrane, and a biological detection method using the kit are provided to have the energy transfer characteristics between neighbouring molecules by using quantum dot. A bioconjugate comprises a quantum dot which comprises a cadmium selenide (CdSe) core and a zinc sulfide (ZnS) shell coated on the core and is coated with a hydrophilic surfactant and where an oxidase is encapsulated. Preferably the oxidase is selected from the group consisting of glucose oxidase, lactate oxidase, tyramine oxidase, cholesterol oxidase, choline oxidase, alcohol oxidase, ascorbic acid oxidase and xanthine oxidase.

An auto-sampler for collecting and detecting microorganisms is provided to be convenient for carrying and moving, collect the microorganisms rapidly and easily and prevent collected sample from being contaminated and damage which occurs when the collected sample is put. An auto-sampler for collecting and detecting microorganisms, one side of which is connected to a vacuum pump(400) to discharge air compulsorily and the other side of which is connected to a detecting apparatus(300) for detecting the collected microorganisms comprises: (a) a reactor body(100) which includes a body upper part(110) having a cylindrical shape and a body lower part(120) assembled to a portion of the body upper part by insertion and having a square pillar shape to be directly coupled to the detecting apparatus; and a nozzle apparatus(200) which includes an air inlet(210) which shuts an upper end of the body upper part tightly and allows an outside air including the microorganisms and microparticles to be flown in, an air outlet(220) which is connected to the vacuum pump to discharge air compulsorily, and a nozzle(230) which is soaked in a reaction solution of the measuring apparatus and is communicated with the air inlet to spray the air containing the microorganisms and microparticles into the reaction inside, wherein the nozzle is formed by branching a plurality of pipes(231) where outlets of the pipes are radially placed with being spaced apart from one another having a predetermined central angle. A method for producing BMP (bone morphogenetic protein) using a Bacillus subtilis comprises: a step of producing a recombinant polynucleotide which codes human bone morphogenetic protein; a step of inserting the recombinant polynucleotide into a vector for expressing Bacillus subtilis to prepare a recombinant vector; a step of transforming the Bacillus subtilis with the recombinant vector; and a step of producing bone morphogenetic protein from the Bacillus subtilis.

A sol-gel composition is provided to fix a fluorescence dye and an enzyme, to provide a sensing layer using the sol-gel composition and to provide a biological test kit for detecting including sensing layer. A sol-gel composition for settling the fluorescence dye includes a 3-glycidoxypropyl-trimethoxy-silane(GPTMS) and a methyl-triethoxysilane(MTES). A mixing volume rate of the 3-glycidoxypropyl-trimethoxy-silane(GPTMS) and the methyl-triethoxysilane(MTES) is 1:1~2.
