    Abstract: An in-situ cell for an X-ray absorption spectroscopy and a controller thereof are provided to secure thermal stability of a sample by attaching an asbestos plate to a container and a sample injection unit. An in-situ cell for an X-ray absorption spectroscopy comprises a square container(30), a sample injection part(40), which is installed in the square container to form a surface of the square container, a cooling device(10) disposed at an upper surface or a lower surface of the square container, a heat insulating plate(20), and a fixing device(50). The square container includes first and second windows(33) and a gas injection/discharge part(32). The sample injection part includes a sample mounting part mating with the first and second windows, a heating system and a thermocouple. The cooling device is provided with a coolant injection/discharge part(39). The heat insulating plate is interposed between the cooling device and the square container.

The activation of the catalyst is maintained even in case of using the environment-friendly propellant, and the manufacturing method thereof. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a catalyst carrier for a rocket comprises the steps of: molding alumina particles; and impregnating the alumina element with a solution including a group 2 element or a lanthanoid element, and thereby manufacturing hexaaluminate particles including the elements.
