Abstract:
The present invention relates to a radial and axial magnetic flux-integrated motor utilizing an integrated coil, comprising a rotor including a rotor core having a shape of a hollow cylindrical case and permanent magnets for an inner surface and permanent magnets for a ceiling surface coupled to inner walls of the rotor core and an upper inside of the rotor core, respectively and rotating about a shaft, and a stator having a bi-directional stator core to correspond to radial and axial magnetic fluxes which are generated by the permanent magnets for the inner surface and the permanent magnets for the ceiling surface installed in the rotor and which are perpendicular to each other, including an integrated coil coupled to the stator core, and coupled to the interior of the rotor. A radial motor and an axial motor are integrated into a single motor, thereby increasing efficiency and output. Since the radial and axial magnetic fluxes which are perpendicular to each other, are used, overall loss of the motor such as copper loss, iron loss, windage loss, and friction loss can be reduced, and thus, power consumption can be reduced.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a rotor, an induction-type synchronous motor including the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention is to streamline the manufacturing process and facilitate mass production while performing magnetization after an unmagnetized permanent magnet is inserted and resolving the deterioration problem of the permanent magnet. The induction-type synchronous motor includes an inner rotor and an outer rotor. The inner rotor includes multiple permanent magnets around a rotational shaft insertion hole at the center. The outer rotor has a combination hole to which the inner rotor is combined at the center and includes multiple conductive bars around the edge in the axial direction of the rotational shaft insertion hole. The permanent magnets are magnetized after being inserted into the inner rotor but before being combined to the outer rotor.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A rotor and an LSPM motor with the same are provided to form air gap flux density of sine wave form by controlling the gap between a conductor bar and a central part of the magnetic pole. CONSTITUTION: A rotary shaft inserting hole(25) in which the rotary shaft is inserted is formed in the central part of the rotor iron core(21). Plural permanent magnet inserting holes(26) are formed in the circumference of the rotary shaft inserting hole. Plural conductor bar inserting holes(27) are formed in the external periphery of the multiple permanent magnet inserting holes. The permanent magnet(22) has N pole and S pole in the multiple permanent magnet inserting holes. [Reference numerals] (AA) X axis
