Abstract: A safety device for a straight shifter is provided to prevent force from being excessively applied to a power apparatus, a load cell or a workpiece by using a simple safety device. Abstract: (1) 고안이 속하는 기술분야
본 고안은 공장, 공사장 등과 같은 산업현장이나 학교, 학원과 같은 교육기관에서 매일 지정된 여러 시각(時刻)을 반복해서 알려 주어야 할 때 간편한 한번의 설정으로 지정한 여러 시각을 자동으로 알려 주는 시각 다중 경보용 시계에 관한 것이다.
(2) 고안의 목적
본 고안은 입력수단으로부터 일 단위 또는 주 단위로 여러 개의 시각을 설정받아 이를 저장하고 제어기에 의한 시각을 비교하여 신호를 발생하는 처리부를 구성하며, 처리부의 지시를 받아 멜로디 등의 경보음을 발생하는 출력부 등으로 된 경보장치를 제공함으로써 한번의 설정으로 여러 개의 시각을 자동 연속적으로 경보해주도록 하려는 것이다.
(3) 고안의 구성
본 고안의 경보장치(1)는 년, 월, 일과 초단위 까지의 시각을 설정하고 경보가 필요한 시각을 일 단위 또는 주 단위로 다수개 설정 가능한 입력수단으로 조작버튼(2)을 구성한다.
상기 입력수단으로부터 설정을 받는 처리부에는 시간 제어기(4)를 연결하여 시간을 제어 받으면서 입력된 경보 시각에 출력신호를 발생하는 원칩 마이콤(5)을 구성하였다.
처리부의 명령을 출력하는 출력부에는 디지털 또는 아날로그 형식으로 현재시각을 표시하는 표시기(6)를 연결하고, 또한 설정된 시각을 멜로디나 음성 등으로 경보토록 멜로디 칩(10)을 설치한 후 증폭기(7)와 스피커(8)를 연결하여 구성하였다.
(4) 고안의 효과
본 고안은 경보해야 할 여러 개의 시각을 간편하게 입력하여 자동으로 경보하게 됨으로써 작업현장이나 학교 등에서 담당자가 일일이 시각을 체크하여 그때마다 경보를 하는 번거로움이 없어지므로 인력의 낭비를 막을 수 있음은 물론 생산 능률의 증대를 가져올 수 있는 효과가 있다.
