    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a phosphinate system flame retardant is provided to present a phosphinate system flame retardant with high yield, excellent purity and colorability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a phosphinate system flame retardant indicated as the following chemical formula 2.comprises a step of esterificating (meth) acrylic anhydride and phosphinate-based alcohol indicated as the following chemical formula 1.for 2-12 hours until reaching the conversion ratio of 85-100 %. In the chemical formula 1, the R1 is a C1-4 saturated or non-saturated hydrocarbon group, the R1 is a C1-4 saturated or non-saturated hydrocarbon group and the R2 is H or a methyl group. The mole ratio of phosphinate system alcohol : (meta) acrylic anhydride is 1:0.5-1:1.5.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A environment-friendly flame-retarding acrylic copolymer is provided to have high refractive index and an excellent flame resistant, to minimize the problem of transparency and reduced coloring property when the copolymer is used being mixed with highly refractive resin, and to have an excellent scratch resistance. CONSTITUTION: A environment-friendly flame-retarding acrylic copolymer contains (A) (meth)acrylic monomer; (B) one or more of vinyl monomer aromatic selected from an aromatic vinyl monomer and an unsaturated nitrile monomer; and (C) a unit induced from the (meth)acrylic monomer in phosphoric marked with a chemical formula 1. In a chemical formula 1, R1 is hydrogen or a methyl group and n is a whole number ranged 0-10. R2 and R3 are independently -O(CH2)qX and q is a whole number ranged 0-3. X is selected from a methyl group, a cyclohexyl grou, a phenyl group, a methylphenyl group, a methyl-ethyl-phenyl group, a propylphenyl group, a methoxyphenyl group, a cyclohexylphenyl group, a chlorophenyl group, a bronmophenyl group, a phenyl-phenyl group, and a benzylphenyl group.

The comprised amount of the phosphorous-based acrylic copolymer is 40-85 weight%, and the comprised amount of the polymethylmethacrylate is 15-60 weight% based on a base resin comprising the phosphorous-based acrylic and the polymethylmethacrylate. The comprised amount of the the transparent soft acrylate-based resin is 1-18 parts by weight, based on 100.0 parts by weight of the base resin.
