Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided are a flame retardant polycarbonate resin composition which shows an excellent flame retardancy without the deterioration of heat resistance and is environmental-friendly by containing no a halogen-based compound, and a molded product prepared from the composition. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polycarbonate resin; 0.01-10 parts by weight of a silicon-based compound represented by the formula 1; 0.1-20 parts by weight of a mixture of an oligomer compound comprising cyclic phosphazenes linked by a linking group R4 represented by the formula 2; and 0.05-5 parts by weight of a fluorinated polyolefin-based resin having an average particle size of 0.05-1,000 micrometers and a density of 1.2-2.3 g/cm¬3. In the formula 1, R1s are independently a C1-C5 alkyl group, a C6-C20 aryl group, an alkyl group-substituted C6-C20 aryl group, a hydroxyl group, or an alkyloxy group; R2, R3 and R4 are independently a C1-C5 alkyl group, a C6-C20 aryl group, or an alkyl group-substituted C6-C20 aryl group; and l, m and n represent the molar ratio of each unit, and l+m is less than 95 mol%. In the formula 2, R3 is an alkyl group, an aryl group, an alkyl group-substituted aryl group, an aralkyl group, an alkoxy group, an aryloxy group, an amino group, or a hydroxyl group (wherein the alkoxy group or the aryloxy group can be substituted with an alkyl group, an amino group or a hydroxyl group); R4 is a C6-C30 dioxyaryl group, or an alkyl group-substituted C6-C30 dioxyaryl group; x and y are an integer of 0-10; and z represents a number average degree of polymerization and has an average of 0.3-3.
