Abstract: PURPOSE: Water-proof and moisture-permeable fabric is provided to offer good adhesiveness between nano-fiber web and the fabric with superior internal water pressure, and to offer deodorizing effects. CONSTITUTION: Water-proof and moisture-permeable fabric includes fabric(B) and nano-fiber web(C). The nano-fiber web consists of the nano-fiber of which average diameter is 1,000 nm or less. The nano-fiber web is laminated on the fabric by an adhesive. The nano-fiber contains a deodorant of 1.0~5.0 weight%. A desulfurization deodorant is ferric hydroxide. The nano-fiber further contains a silicon-based water repellent of 0.5~5.05 weight%.

The antimicrobial agent is one or more selected from a metal-based antimicrobial agent, a quaternary ammonium-based antimicrobial agent, a phenol-based antimicrobial agent, a fatty acid ester-based antimicrobial agent, a cupric compound-based antimicrobial agent, a phenyl amid-based antimicrobial agent, and a natural material-based antimicrobial agent.
