    Abstract: An apparatus for continuous production of a catalyst is provided to perform generation of the catalyst consecutively, and to maintain a catalyst producing condition of a cylindrical reaction bath uniformly with a product discharge pipe. An apparatus for continuous production of a catalyst includes a cylindrical reaction bath(100) and a product discharge pipe(300). An opening is formed on the top of the cylindrical reaction bath having an inner space. The product discharge pipe includes an inlet(310) and an outlet(330). The product discharge pipe includes a purge valve(370) located between the inlet and the outlet. Height of the outlet is lower than the height of the inlet. The apparatus further includes a cylindrical aging reaction bath(500) and a bubbler(150).

    Abstract: A mixed catalyst for producing dimethylether, comprising a methanol synthesizing catalyst containing Zr, Ca or an oxide thereof, and a dehydrating catalyst, is provided to optionally produce dimethylether at a high carbon monoxide conversion ratio from a mixed gas containing hydrogen, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, a preparation method of the mixed catalyst for producing dimethylether is provided, and a method for producing dimethylether using the mixed catalyst for producing dimethylether is provided. A mixed catalyst for producing dimethylether comprises: a methanol synthesizing catalyst prepared as a metal nitrate solution or a sodium carbonate solution by adding a promoter consisting of at least one component selected from Zr, Ca, and an oxide thereof to a basic catalyst of a copper metal nitrate solution, a zinc metal nitrate solution, or an aluminum metal nitrate solution; and a dehydrating catalyst prepared by mixing aluminum phosphate with gamma alumina, wherein a ratio of the basic catalyst to the promoter in the methanol synthesizing catalyst is 1:11.5 to less than 19, a ratio of the aluminum phosphate to the gamma alumina in the dehydrating catalyst is 1, and the methanol synthesizing catalyst and the dehydrating catalyst are mixed at a ratio of 1:0.4 to 0.65. A method for producing dimethylether comprises reacting a syngas containing hydrogen, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide at a temperature of 200 to 350 deg.C, a pressure of 10 to 80 atmospheric pressures, and a space velocity of 3,000 to 10,000 h^-1 in the presence of the mixed catalyst for producing dimethylether.
