    Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for continuous shearing strain is provided to enable mass production of a shearing strained material in succession without restriction of material length by successively supplying the material to a shearing strain mold. CONSTITUTION: A material(3) is successively supplied into a mold(1) by using a frictional contact between a rotary roll and the material(3). The material(3) is flexed and shearing strained in the mold(1), and discharged via an outlet. A guide supplying unit(2) is installed adjacent to the rotary roll to smoothly supply the material(3) into the mold(1) even if the material(3) is thin. A cutter is installed at the outlet side of the mold(1) to cut the material(3) into a suitable size. Slip takes place between the material(3) and the guide supplying unit(2) as a safety function when the guide supplying unit(2) is overloaded. Undesired break down of the guide supplying unit(2) due to overload is prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A low noise damping saw is provided to reduce noise by absorbing the vibration of a saw disk by attaching a damper vibrating independently from the saw disc on the saw disk when cutting rock by using a saw. CONSTITUTION: A low noise sound damping saw is composed of a circular saw plate, a cutting blade, multiple holes and multiple sound dampers. 16 holes are punched in a circle form in the middle of a saw disk(10) in the thickness of 20.32cm(8 inches) Rivet type dampers inserted to the holes loosely are installed. The damper vibrates independently from the saw disk. Herein, noise damping effect is obtained.
