PURPOSE: A dimethyl ether production method is provided to produce the dimethyl ether in high carbon monoxide conversion rate, selection degree and receiving rate from syngas. CONSTITUTION: A modified solid-acid catalyzer production comprises: a process of the solid-acid catalyzer with the aqueous solution containing the alkali and the formaldehyde from 0.001 to 10N at the degree from 0 to 100°C for 10 to 20 minutes; herein, polystyrene-divinyl-benzene copolymer containing zeolite, silica/alumina, alumina, noncrystalline phosphoric sulfate sulfuric-acid is used as a solid-acid catalyzer.

The present invention relates to a compact reactor for electrochemically converting carbon dioxide. Provided is a compact multiplex reactor for an electrochemical carbon dioxide conversion which is comprised of a serial connection of a double film compact reactor, a triple film compact reactor and either one of the double or triple film compact reactor for an electrochemical carbon dioxide conversion. The volume of the reactor and the internal resistance of the reactor are thereby reduced, so as to improve the efficiency of the reaction of carbon dioxide conversion.

PURPOSE: A supported catalyst for direct dehydrogenation of n-butane is provided to suppress the generation of hard hydrocarbon by-product and to suppress the carbon deposition in a catalyst layer, thereby minimizing the inactivating phenomenon of a catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A supported catalyst for direct dehydrogenation of n-butane is a support catalyst in which the main catalyst of platinum and/or palladium and a copper co-catalyst are supported in an alumina support element. The support amount of the main catalyst is 0.1-5.0 weight% and the support amount of the co-catalyst is 0.1-5.0 weight% based on the total weight of the support catalysts. The alumina support element is one or more selected from gamma-alumina, eta-alumina, alpha-alumina, and theta-alumina. A preparing method of butenes includes the direct dehydration reaction of a normal-butane under the presence of the catalyst. 본 발명은 디메틸에테르를 합성하기 위한 메탄올 탈수반응에서 사용되는 촉매인 실리카 담지 이타 알루미나를 제조하는 방법 및 이에 의하여 제조되는 실리카 담지 이타 알루미나에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 방법으로 제조된 이타 알루미나를 촉매로 이용하여 메탄올의 탈수반응에 의하여 디메틸에테르를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 베이어라이트 결정상으로부터 제조되는 실리카가 코팅된 알루미나를 메탄올 탈수반응에서 촉매로 사용하여 장시간 동안의 안정성 및 반응성을 유지하고 물에 대한 비활성화를 억제함으로써 결과적으로 디메틸에테르의 수율을 향상시키는 효과가 있다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 실리카 담지 이타 알루미나 촉매는 디메틸에테르의 대량생산을 위한 상용촉매로 유용하게 적용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: The separating film of a water-ethanol mixture and a method for fabricating the same are provided to eliminate water from the water-ethanol mixture based on the superior selectivity and transmittance. CONSTITUTION: The separating film of a water-ethanol mixture includes the 5:5 ratios of polyvinyl alcol99 and polyvinyl alcohol88. A cross-linking agent for the separating film includes glutaraldehyde and polyallylamine hydrochloride. The amount of the glutaraldehyde is between 0.2 and 0.3 weight%. An inorganic material is additionally included in the separating film and is based on TiO_2 particles or TiO_2 paste.
