Abstract: 본 발명는 이산화탄소와 수소가스를 포함하는 혼합가스로부터 메탄올을 합성하는 방법에 있어서, 시프트 전환반응의 역반응을 이용하는 전처리 공정에 의해 혼합 가스중에 함유된 이산화탄소의 일부를 일산화탄소 가스로 전환시켜 메탄올 합성루프에 공급함으로써, 환경문제를 야기하는 이산화탄소를 원료로 사용하여 환경의 보전 및 부존자원의 절약을 꾀함과 동시에 보다 저렴한 제조비용으로 메탄올을 합성하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: This new catalyst for hydrogenation of ester has good catalytic activity, selectivity and stability. The catalyst is composed of CuO 0.1-80wt.%, ZnO 0.1-60wt.%, CoO 0.1-20wt.% and YO 0-5wt.%. Y is such as W, Pd, Pt, Ru, Cs, Mg, Ca, or Ba. Alcohol is prepared by reduction the catalyst at 350deg.C for 3hrs and hydrogenation carboxylic ester, aliphatic ester, cyclic ester, hydrocarboxylic ester or aldehyde with the catalyst at 150-280deg.C and under the pressure of 21.4-273.2atm.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a catalyst for reverse-water-gas-shift reaction which functions long time stably under the reduction atmosphere of the Camere reaction of high temperature and high pressure, maximizing the conversion into CO2 and enhancing the yield of methanol consequently. CONSTITUTION: The catalyst is characterized in that ZnO is supported on two or more carriers selected from the group consisting of AlnOm(n,m=1-20), Cr2O3, ZrO2, MgO, Ga2O3, and MnO and thermal treated in the temperature range of 500 to 1000°C for 3-5 hours. ZnO is added to the catalyst in an amount of 50 to 90wt.% based on the total weight of the catalyst.

CONSTITUTION: A modified solid-acid catalyzer production comprises: a process of the solid-acid catalyzer with the aqueous solution containing the alkali and the formaldehyde from 0.001 to 10N at the degree from 0 to 100°C for 10 to 20 minutes; herein, polystyrene-divinyl-benzene copolymer containing zeolite, silica/alumina, alumina, noncrystalline phosphoric sulfate sulfuric-acid is used as a solid-acid catalyzer.

Abstract: The ferric carbonyl compound in raw gas is removed by (a) converting ferric carbonyl compound to ferric halogen compound through reaction of raw gas with halogen gas such as chlorine gas or bromine gas or iodin gas; (b) passing through packed tower with inactive adsorbent such as activated carbon, clay, alumina, sillica or sillica-alumina. The raw gas purified by this method contains ferric carbonyl compound below ppb, and the contamination of catalyst by iron or the inactivation of catalyst can be prevented.
