Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are a composite material structure which removes an axial residual stress generated by the difference between the coefficients of thermal expansion of a core material and a composite material when preparing composite material structure by a co-curing way and a preparation method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of the composite material structure(100) using a core material(130) inserted into and attached to the composite material(110) so as to remove a residual stress comprises the steps of: forming an additive surface treating layer(120) on the core material so as to control the bonding of the core material and the composite material; and laminating the composite material on the surface treating layer. The surface treating layer is composed of a material for deteriorating a surface adhesion and applied to the core material.
