A pressure measurement unit(150) measures pressure of flowing fluid. The first load supplies fluid to the first and second pumps until the amount of fluid of the first branched pipe is the same as the amount of fluid of the second branched pipe. A controller compares measured pressure with preset pressure to control a pump.
