An actuator for a valve according to the present invention comprises an actuation part having a piston, a spring coupled to one side of the piston, and a cylinder in which the piston and the spring are received therein and which has an actuation space between the piston and one side facing the other side of the piston; an air supply part to actuate the piston using the pressure of air by supplying air to the actuation space; a stem formed lengthwise in an actuation direction of the piston, of which one end is joined to the other side of the piston through the cylinder to move with the piston; a motor actuation part to adjust the opening of a valve by moving the stem in an actuation direction of the piston; and a control part to control the air supply part and the motor actuation part. PURPOSE: A pump unit for a LOCA(Loss of Coolant Accident) test system and a method for controlling the same are provided to reduce time during which an erroneous pump is replaced with a new pump. CONSTITUTION: The first pump(121) is arranged in the first branched pipe(131) branched from an inlet pipe(110). The second pump(122) is arranged the second branched pipe(132) branched from the inlet pipe. An outflow pipe(160) couples the first branched pipe with the second branched pipe. A pressure measurement unit(150) measures pressure of flowing fluid. The first load supplies fluid to the first and second pumps until the amount of fluid of the first branched pipe is the same as the amount of fluid of the second branched pipe. A controller compares measured pressure with preset pressure to control a pump.

PURPOSE: A filtering machine is provided to ensure simple structure and reduce hollow space by supplying mixture through hollow shaft of the supplying end which is supplied through additional supply pipes. CONSTITUTION: Weight centers of a conical filtering body(15) and a drive shaft pulley(3) are lowered structurally for preventing excessive noise and vibration in driving. A drive motor(1) and a separator rotational shaft pulley(5) are shortened in the distance and placed parallel. A lower frame(21) is provided with a support frame vibration absorbing spring(25) and a support frame rubber isolator(26). Connection lines of parts and assembly are shortened. The drive shaft is divided into first and second steps, such as first separated rotational shaft(6) for the first step, and second separated rotational shaft(12) for second step. A filtering screen(23) can be easily replaced in the conical filtering body(15). A lower frame(21) and an upper cover(20) are configured as semi-circle and assembled about a rotational body.
