Abstract: PURPOSE: An electric charge type particulate filter device facilitating insulating maintenance is provided to satisfy regulations according to factor and mass standards, and to prevent damage of an insulating state due to dust (particles, particulate substances etc.) even though the device is used for a long time. CONSTITUTION: An electric charge type particulate filter device includes an exhaust gas inlet hole (42) and a discharge rod (60). The exhaust gas inlet hole and the discharge rod are provided on one side of a collection unit (40); and an insulating maintenance unit is formed on the part where the discharge rod is fixed.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An electric precipitator capable of facilitating the replacement of a precipitation plate is provided to be placed inside a case in which multiple precipitation plates are connected by a connecting device, thereby ensuring easy separation or replacement of the precipitation plates by just separating the connecting device. CONSTITUTION: An electric precipitator capable of facilitating the replacement of a precipitation plate comprises: an electric precipitator(50) which electrically collects charged minute particles contained in an exhaust gas charged by corona discharge which is caused by high voltage generated from a high voltage device(2); a case(10) in which a collecting part(13) is formed to contain a precipitation plate(20) to collect minute particles of the exhaust gas and an inlet hole and an outlet hole are formed on both sides of the case; a precipitation plate which collects minute particles charged by the magnetic field caused by an exterior high voltage; and a connecting device(30) which applies the high voltage of the high voltage device on the precipitation plate and places multiple precipitation plates in the collecting part of the case.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A ventilation system for a tunnel using jetting air is provided to improve ventilation efficiency by guiding the flow of internal and external air to a ventilation port. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation system(100) for a tunnel using jetting air comprises a natural ventilation unit(110), a forceful ventilation unit(120), and first and second nozzle units(130,140). The natural ventilation unit naturally exhausts internal air from a tunnel(30) to the outside or naturally supplies external air to the inside the tunnel. The forceful ventilation unit forcefully inhales external air or forcefully exhausts internal air to the outside. The first nozzle unit is arranged on the front of the natural ventilation unit and jets air before a vehicle enters to a tunnel. The second nozzle unit is arranged on the rear of the forceful ventilation unit and jets air after a vehicle passes through the tunnel.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A hydrophilic dust collecting plate for electric dust collectors is provided to reduce weight and to prevent deformation of the dust collector by performing hydrophylizing process. CONSTITUTION: A hydrophilic dust collecting plate for electric dust collectors comprises a mold frame(10), dust collecting plates(20,20') and a wash-liquid chamber(31). The dust collector is installed at both sides of the mold frame. The front surface(21) which is a dust collecting surface is hydrophylizing processed by shot peening or sand blasting. At the upper side of the dust collector, a feeding inlet(23) for water-films is formed in a no-salient type. In order to form the uniform corona discharge, the dust collection surface is formed in an even form. The wash-liquid chamber provides the washing solution to the wash-liquid chamber. The detergent solution supply inlet for water-films is composed of a plurality of holes or slits which is formed in the cross direction of the dust collecting plates, or in multi-layer in which the plurality of holes or slits are laminated in many layers based on the vertical direction of the dust collecting plates.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An oil mist collecting apparatus based on a unipolar charging centrifuge separation method is provided to improve the coagulation capability of oil mist by collecting coagulated oil mist at the collecting side of a wall. CONSTITUTION: An oil mist collecting apparatus based on a unipolar charging centrifuge separation method includes a unipolar pre-charging coagulating part(10) and an electrostatic centrifuge oil mist collecting part(20). The unipolar pre-charging coagulating part generates corona discharging. The unipolar pre-charging coagulating part charges oil mist in air with either an anode or a cathode such that the oil mist is coagulated. The electrostatic centrifuge oil mist collecting part is installed at the rear side of the unipolar pre-charging coagulating part. The electrostatic centrifuge oil mist collecting part electrostatic induces the coagulated oil mist to the wing direction of a rotary fan(22) such that the coagulated oil mist is attached to a wing(22a). The attached oil mist is secondarily coagulated and is separated based on centrifuge force. The secondarily coagulated oil mist is collected.

상기 전기집진장치는, 호퍼 또는 창고의 비산먼지를 포함하는 공기를 유입하는 유입구와; 상기 유입구로 유입된 공기 중의 비산먼지를 다량의 양(+)전하 또는 음(-)전하를 공급하여 하전시키는 탄소섬유를 이용한 하전부와; 상기 하전부에서 하전된 비산먼지를 집진하는 다수의 집진판으로 이루어진 집진부와; 상기 집진부를 통과한 공기를 필터로 여과시키는 여과부와, 상기 여과부를 통과한 공기를 배출하는 공기순환장치가 설치된 배출구로 이루어진 것이다.
