Abstract: PURPOSE: A vibration control device is provided to prevent the generation of a disparity moment and easily control a harmonized force by efficiently adjusting the placement of a rotor. CONSTITUTION: A vibration control device includes two composite rotating shafts(3) formed by inserting a solid inner rotating shaft(2) to a hollow outer rotating shaft(1). One end of the composite rotating shaft is protruded outward through a cover. The shaft core of the outer rotating shaft is aligned with the shaft core of the inner rotating shaft. Gears(9) are installed on the outer rotating shaft. An angle adjusting panel(10) is installed in the inner rotating shaft. The gears and the angle adjusting panel are connected via a removable connecting unit(13). Rotors(5) are combined to the outer rotating shaft and the inner rotating shaft.

Abstract: 본발명은선박이나기계장치등의구조물에서발생하는단일주파수성분의진동운동을중화시키는진동보정장치에관한것으로서, 중공(中空)의외회전축및 상기외회전축과동심(同心)이며외회전축의내부에위치하고상기외회전축에대하여상대적으로회전가능한내회전축으로이루어진복합회전축 2개가하우징내에축회전가능하도록서로평행하게설치되어있고; 상기 2개의외회전축및 2개의내회전축에는각각편심된무게중심을갖는회전체가고정결합되어있어; 상기각 복합회전축은동일 rpm으로역방향으로회전함으로써각각의복합회전축에고정된편심회전체의합성무게중심점을연결하는직선이상기복합회전축과교차할때 0(영)의합력(合力)성분을생성하고상기방향에대하여수직하는방향에대하여 0에서회전체 1개의회전에의한원심력의 4배에이르는조화합력(調和合力)을얻을수 있는진동보상장치를제공한다본 발명에따른진동보상장치는차지하는공간이매우적고, 회전체의배치를효율적으로조정함으로써불균형모멘트의발생이없으며, 용이하게조화합력을조절할수 있다.
