PURPOSE: A resin composition for hard coating is provided to enhance stability and scratch resistance and to prevent blocking phenomenon between laminated films of a thermosetting film. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition for hard coating comprises a reaction mixture which reacts 3-70wt% of organic-inorganic mix nano metal oxide complex sol with ion antistatic agent represented by chemical formula 1; 5-80wt% of photo-crosslinkable polymer resin; 15-90wt% of solvent; and 2-10wt% of photoinitiator. Here, R1-N is a pheterocyclic compound and is selected from imidazole, pyridine, pyrrole, benzopyrrole, pyrazole, isocyazole, interval azole, indole, indazole, iso-indole, delivery rhizin and carbazole. R2 is C1-18 linear alkyl group, and X is selected from CF3SO3, CF3CO2, FPO3, CF2=CFCO2, PF6, BF4, N(CN)2 and N(SO2CF3)2.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an antistatic aluminum hard mold type diffusion sheet having high luminance and high haze and a diffusion sheet manufacturing the same are provided to apply to a sheet for phase diffusion in a roll transfer print process using grinding, sanding, degreasing, etching, and curable resin. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an antistatic irregular shape diffusion sheet having high luminance and high haze includes a first stage grinding an aluminum group metal roll surface, a second stage sanding the grinded aluminum metal roll surface, a third stage forming an irregular spherical shape on the surface by etching the sanded aluminum group metal roll surface, a fourth stage removing smut remaining on the aluminum metal roll surface in which the irregular spherical shape is formed and a fifth stage fabricating a diffusion sheet. PURPOSE: A both sides antistatic property optical prism sheet is provided to increase the processing yield and workability, thereby providing the cost down effect. CONSTITUTION: A both sides antistatic property optical prism sheet comprises a base material layer, a prism unit which is formed in one side of the base material layer and is made of a mixture including a first binder region and an antistatic agent, and a back coating layer which is formed in other side of the base material layer and is made of a mixture including a second binder region and the antistatic agent. The antistatic agent included in the prism unit is a fluoride group ionic liquid compound of the molecular weight 400~500. The antistatic agent has a property of pH 7.0±1.0, viscosity 180±5CPS, gravity 1.10~1.30, and refractive index 1.30~1.50. PURPOSE: A roll-shaped stamper fixing device is provided to uniformly wind a stamper around the outer surface of a roll by controlling the tension of the stamper. CONSTITUTION: A roll-shaped stamper fixing device comprises a fixing tap(30), two lower clamps(40), and two upper clamps(50). The fixing tap is inserted into a fixing groove(15) formed on the outer surface of a roll(10). The lower clamps are arranged on the top surface of the fixing tap and are symmetrical around a roll shaft(11). The upper clamps are arranged on the top surfaces of the lower clamps. A stamper is inserted between the upper and lower clamps.
