Abstract: PURPOSE: A tungsten welding rod grinder for a welding machine is provided to reuse the tungsten welding rod by grinding end surface to cutting edge shape if the end surface of the tungsten welding rod is round form or flat surface. CONSTITUTION: A tungsten welding rod grinder for a welding machine is rotatably settled to a grinding wheel fixing plate(2) which a first grinding wheel driving gear and a second grinding wheel driving gear are settled to a grinding wheel driving plate(2A) connected to a driving motor(3). A first angle grinding wheel and a second angle grinding wheel(7) are individually fixed to an upper side of the first and second grinding wheel driving gears. A back and front separation prevention plate spring, a second right and left separation prevention plate spring, and a first right and left separation prevention plate spring(11) is settled to the upper side of the first and second angle grinding wheels. A slide bolt(15) with an insertion hole(16) is inserted to a slide bolt hole(14) formed in the center of a grinding machine cap(13) and a filler rod(17) is inserted.

본 고안에서는 헤어 롤을 사용할 때, 보온과 보습을 강화하고 위생적인 헤어 컬 성형을 위하여 헤어 롤이 덮어져 있는 모양을 잘 볼 수 있도록, 투명한 재질의 투명 캡을 만들되, 편 스프링 힘을 이용하여 모발을 잘 감싸줄 수 있도록 편 스프링을 사용하여 헤어 롤 베이스에 결합시키며, 투명 캡의 보온, 보습 효과를 높일 수 있도록 투명 캡과 잘 맞추어 질 수 있도록 빗살 모양으로 들어간 형상을 하게 하며, 하나의 헤어 롤 베이스에 다양한 직경의 헤어 롤을 사용할 수 있어 실용성이 뛰어나다.
본 고안에서 헤어 롤 베이스의 바닥부는 헤어 롤을 올려 놓았을 때 안정적으로 고정 될 수 있도록, 바닥의 곡면 중심을 투명 캡의 힌지 쪽으로 편심지게 하며, 헤어 롤 베이스의 양 사이드의 빗살 팁은 헤어 롤을 고정하기 위한 고무 줄을 걸 때 고무줄 걸이로서 사용할 수 있게하여 성형된 모발에 고무줄 자국이 남는 등의 문제점을 해소시킬 수 있으며, 헤어 롤 베이스의 다리의 밑 부분에 고무로 된 슈를 형성하여, 헤어 롤 베이스의 안착을 도와 줄 수 있게 한다.
