Abstract: PURPOSE: A tempered glass manufacturing apparatus is provided to completely perform strengthening of glass substrates by maximizing inside and outside temperature difference. CONSTITUTION: A tempered glass manufacturing apparatus comprises heating chambers(100) and cooling chambers(200). The heating chamber comprises an upper heating part which is installed with a fixed angle, a lower heating part which is installed to be separated from the upper heating part, and a first transferring device which transfers glass substrates(1-4) which will be heated. The cooling chamber comprises an upper cooling part which is installed in a fixed angle, a lower cooling part which is installed to be separated from the upper cooling part, and a second transferring device which transfers glass substrates which will be cooled.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A conveying device for glass substrates is provided to convey various sizes of glass substrates at once and to minimize bending, deflection, scratch, and outer shape deformation of the glass substrates according as the surface of the glass substrates is not contacted while conveying. CONSTITUTION: A conveying device for glass substrates comprises a substrate floating part(110), a moving part(120), and a falling prevention part. The substrate floating part allows glass substrates to float using air. The moving part moves the glass substrates floated by the substrate floating part. The falling prevention part prevents the glass substrates, moved by the moving part, from escaping from a moving path. The moving part includes multiple propulsion chains and pushers. The multiple propulsion chains are installed to be separated each other. The pushers are mounted on the propulsion chains to move the floated glass substrates according to driving of the propulsion chains.
