    Abstract: The present invention relates to a marker-detecting composition and a detection method for detecting therapeutic capability or proliferation capability of adipose-derived stem cells cultivated in a culture medium containing an epidermal growth factor (EGF) or a basic fibroblast growth factor (bFBF). The marker-detecting composition comprises an agent for measuring the level of mRNA or its protein of at least one gene selected from the group consisting of Kazal-type serine peptidase inhibitor domain 1 (KAZALD1), proenkephalin (PENK), lipopolysaccharide binding protein (LBP), and lipase, endothelial (LIPG).
