Abstract:
PURPOSE: A styrene-butadiene-based rubber for outsoles is provided to improve mechanical strength such as tensile strength and tear strength, slip resistance, and wear resistance by introducing hydrophilic functional group in a a styrene-butadiene-based rubber. CONSTITUTION: A styrene-butadiene-based rubber for outsoles is that a hydrophilic functional group is introduced into a styrene-butadiene-based rubber. A manufacturing method of the rubber comprises: a step of mixing 0.1-10 parts by weight of metal oxide and 0.1-10 parts by weight of a hydrophilic anion monomer to 100.0 parts by weight of styrene-butadiene rubber; a step of adding 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of radical initiator based on 100.0 parts by weight of styrene-butadiene-based rubber to the mixture; and thereby introducing hydrophilic functional group to the styrene-butadiene-based rubber.

A polyolefin-based nonfoam type flame retardant resin composition is provided to ensure ignition blocking function and flame spread protection function, and to prevent emission of dioxin and black smoke which are harmful to the human body. A polyolefin-based nonfoam type flame retardant resin composition comprises polyolefin resin 100.0 parts by weight, and phosphate-based flame retardant 50~100.0 parts by weight containing 20~25 mole % phosphorous and 20~25 mole % nitrogen. The polyolefin resin is formed by copolymerizing ethylene and propylene, wherein the ethylene content is 4.4~19.4 mole %.
