The present invention relates to a three dimensional (3D) surface cleaning machine of a footwear sole. Particularly, the present invention relates to a 3D surface cleaning machine of a footwear sole capable of reducing front-end processes of brush in footwear manufacturing processes and improving the quality of footwear by applying plasma cleaning to whole surfaces of the footwear sole designed 3D according to the shape of feet. The present invention comprises a transfer unit (10) for transferring a footwear sole (1); a plasma gun (21) having a spray nozzle (22) toward the surface of the footwear sole (1); a support (40) for placing the plasma gun (21) at a predetermined height to arrange the spray nozzle (22) apart from the surface of the footwear sole (1); a plasma cleaning unit (20) radiating plasma provided from a plasma generator (24) toward the surface of the footwear sole (1) through the spray nozzle (22); and a control unit (30) for controlling the operation of the transfer unit (10) and the plasma cleaning unit (20). The plasma cleaning unit (20) forms a spray path (221) formed at the end of the internal of the spray nozzle (22) of the plasma gun (21) to be inclined toward the axis direction of the spray nozzle (22). The present invention has a rotating unit (23) for rotating the spray nozzle (22), so that the 3D surface of the footwear sole can be cleaned by the plasma of which the spray direction is continuously converted according to the rotation of the spray nozzle (22).

본 발명은 고성능 수성 아크릴 점착제 조성물 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서, 아크릴 단량체 혼합물 100 중량부에 유기화 나노클레이 0.1~3.0 중량부 및 아크릴 변성 점착부여수지 5~30 중량부를 각각 첨가한 아크릴 단량체 혼합물과, 상기 아크릴 단량체 혼합물에 계면활성제, 물 및 중합개시제를 첨가하여 중합 반응시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 고성능 수성 점착제 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 자동차 내장재에 사용되는 폴리올레핀 폼 등과 같은 난접착 소재의 접착력을 향상시킨 고성능 수성 아크릴 점착제 조성물을 제공함으로써 기존 폴리올레핀 폼용 수성 아크릴계 점착제에 비해 접착력이 개선되고 특히, 전처리공정이 필요없이 폴리올레핀 폼에 접착력이 기존 제품에 비하여 동등하거나 양호할 뿐만 아니라 상기 소재가 사용되는 분야인 신발 산업, 가구 산업 분야 등 다양한 산업분야에 널리 적용할 수 있는 장점이다.

PURPOSE: A primer composition is provided to have excellent adhesion two hours after spreading a surface-treating agent and a primer, thereby improving workability and productivity. CONSTITUTION: A primer composition comprises 1-5 parts by weight of an organic acid and 1500-3500 parts by weight of a solvent per 100.0 parts by weight of a substrate. The substrate consists of 75-85 wt% of a polyurethane oligomer, 5-8 wt% of a functional polymer, and 10-17 wt% of a chloride ethylene vinyl acetate graft compound. The polyurethane oligomer includes 0.3-0.7 parts by weight of 1,6-hexanediol, 0.3-0.7 parts by weight of 1-methylamino-2,3-propanediol, and 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of an aliphatic isocyanate per 100.0 parts by weight of a polyurethane oligomer. 본 발명은 염화폴리올레핀 그라프트 중합물, 액시드류, 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지를 주성분으로 사용하고 이에 접착력 및 젖음성을 향상시키기 위한 접착촉진제 및 용제로 이루어진 난슬립 고무용 선처리제 조성물 및 이를 사용한 난슬립 고무의 접착방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 난슬립 고무용 선처리제 조성물을 사용하여 난슬립 고무, 특히 부틸고무의 접착 시, 통상적인 종래의 난슬립 고무의 접착 공정에서 실시하는 숙성공정, 2차 접착제 처리공정 등을 배제시켜 공정을 단순화하여 생산성을 높이고 제조원가를 절감하며, 또한 접착력을 향상시킨 것이 장점이다.

PURPOSE: A primer composition for is provided to improve adhesion of adhesion-poor shoe material such as ethylene vinyl acetate foam, etc because wettability and adhesion are improved. CONSTITUTION: A primer composition consists of 2-6 weight% of modified polyolefin chloride resin, 1.0-2.5 weight% of thermoplastic polyurethane resin, 0.5-1.5 weight% of nanocomposite, 0.5-1.5 weight% of a tackifier, and 88.5-96 weight% of solvent. The modified polyolefin chloride resin is that 100.0 parts by weight of polyolefin chloride comprising polypropylene chloride or polyethylene chloride of which degree of chloridation is 10-50 weight% and softening point is 40-120 °C graft-polymerized by using 5-30 parts by weight of a non-functional acid-based monomer.
