Abstract: PURPOSE: Gas hydrate producing apparatus and method using ultrasonic oscillators are provided to supply water in a shower form using the ultrasonic oscillators installed on the upper side of an atomization device in parallel. CONSTITUTION: A gas hydrate producing apparatus using ultrasonic oscillators comprises a water tank(11), an ultrasonic wave atomization device(20), and a reactor(30). The ultrasonic wave atomization device includes an atomization producing tub(21), the ultrasonic oscillators(22), and a carrier gas supplying tube(23), a mixed gas transfer pipe(24), and a circulation pipe(25). The ultrasonic oscillators atomize water supplied into the oscillators and inflows into the gas hydrate producing apparatus.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of gas hydrate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent accumulation of the reaction heat, and to offer mixing effect with hydrate generation gas at low temperature supplied through bubbling. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device(10) of gas hydrate injects a porous material(70) in which moisture is included into a high pressure reaction container(20) having a thermostat jacket(30) which maintains the constant temperature. The device produces the gas hydrate by supplying hydrate generating gas into the high pressure reaction container. A dispersion plate(21) is formed at the bottom of the high pressure reaction container for bubbling of the hydrate generating gas.
