본 발명은 유연 박막형 슈퍼커패시터 소자 제조 방법 및 이에 의한 슈퍼커패시터 소자에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 유연 박막형 슈퍼커패시터 소자는, 커패시터 소자에 있어서, 유연성을 갖는 베이스 필름과; 상기 베이스 필름 사이에 개재된 분리막과; 상기 베이스 필름 위에 형성된 활물질;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에, 높은 전기전도도와 고결착성을 유지하면서도 매우 얇아 유연성을 가지며, 경제적이면서도 대량 생산이 가능할 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a graphene-based thin film super capacitor electrode device and a manufacturing method thereof. The graphene-based thin film super capacitor electrode device includes a thin film of about 10 micrometer or less formed by arranging a graphene-oxide solution, which is corrected from an upper layer solution containing graphene-oxide particles of nano size by performing a centrifugal process on graphite after oxidizing the graphite through a Hummers method and sufficiently dispersing the graphite in distilled water, on the surface of a current collecting unit including a conductive substance layer or a metal film which is put on a heated heat plate. The graphene-based thin film super capacitor reduces the graphene-oxide arranged on the thin film by using strong light energy. Therefore, the present invention may allow a user to simply and conveniently manufacture an eco-friendly graphene-based super capacitor electrode device with a thin film structure without using a binding agent.
