Abstract: PURPOSE: A vortex tube apparatus and a carbon dioxide absorption-separation system using thereof are provided to increase the contacting area of mixed gas and an absorbent by spraying the absorbent in a micro-droplet state. CONSTITUTION: A vortex tube apparatus includes a supplying pipe(110), an absorbent spray unit(120), a vortex producing unit(130), a first tube(140), a carbon dioxide separation unit(150), a second tube(160), a carbon dioxide analyzer, and a controller. The supplying pipe supplies mixed gas. The absorbent spray unit is installed on the supplying pipe. The vortex producing unit generates a vortex using the mixed gas supplied from the supplying pipe. The first tube is extended from the vortex producing unit, and forms a high temperature gas exhaust port. The carbon dioxide separation unit is installed on the high temperature gas exhaust port.

Abstract: A scrubber with absorption liquid flowing along a structure, and a method of absorbing harmful gas, a method of separating the absorption liquid and a method of absorbing and separating the harmful gas using the same are provided to save the amount of absorption liquid, extend the residence time of the absorption liquid in an absorption tower, improve absorption efficiency, facilitate recovery of separated gas, and continuously absorb and separate harmful gas. A scrubber with absorption liquid flowing along a structure comprises: an upper absorption liquid supply tank which is installed by an absorption tower top porous plate(27) in an upper part within an absorption tower main body(20), and in which a space part is formed to supply absorption liquid stored in the space part into a central part of the absorption tower main body through a plurality of structure piercing holes(29) formed in the absorption tower top porous plate; a lower absorption liquid collecting tank which is installed by an absorption tower bottom porous plate(28) in a lower part within the absorption tower main body, and in which a space part is formed to receive absorption liquid containing harmful gas components in the space part from the central part of the absorption tower main body through a plurality of piercing holes formed in the absorption tower bottom porous plate; and a structure(21) connected between the structure piercing holes in the absorption tower top porous plate and absorption tower bottom porous plate to absorb harmful gas containing volatile organic compounds and carbon dioxide.
