Abstract: 본발명은이산화탄소등의산성가스를분리하기위한대표적공정인흡수법에서흡수제의열 안정성염을처리하는산성가스포집장치및 방법에관한것이다. 본발명에서는이온교환탑및 가열리클레이머를이용한흡수제복합환원방법을통해, 가열리클레이머공정의운전주기및 이온교환수지의재생주기를늘림으로써, 퇴화흡수제의재생시 에너지를절감하고흡수제의보충량을최소화하여공정운영비를최소화할수 있으며, 또한흡수제의종류에관계없이적용이가능하게한다. 또한, 처리된흡수제를다방향밸브를이용하여흡수탑에분리주입함으로써, 흡수탑의온도를낮추어흡수탑의반응효율을동시에높일수 있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating carbon dioxide which condenses vapor included in carbon dioxide discharged into the upper part of a stripper, recirculates the vapor into the stripper, makes the vapor pass through a cleaner, collects condensed water by a condensed water collector, and supplies the condensed water to a reboiler so the stripping efficiency is increased and the consumption of renewable energy is decreased. The apparatus for treating carbon dioxide includes an absorber in which carbon dioxide-containing exhaust gas and an absorbing solution are supplied and carbon dioxide is absorbed from the carbon dioxide-containing exhaust gas; a stripper in which the carbon dioxide-containing absorbing solution is supplied and carbon dioxide containing gas including carbon dioxide vaporized from the carbon dioxide-containing absorbing solution is discharged; a condenser condensing vapor included in the flow of the carbon dioxide vaporized in the stripper ; a reflux drum which gas-liquid separates the condensed water condensed in the condenser and the carbon dioxide from each other, recirculates the condensed water into the stripper and discharges the carbon dioxide; a cleaner collects the absorbing solution vaporized from the stripper and cools the flow of the carbon dioxide being vaporized; a condensed water collector for collecting the condensed water used in the cleaner; a transfer pipe for transferring the condensed water collected in the condensed water collector to a reboiler; a heat exchanger for supplying a part of the absorbing solution with carbon dioxide removed in the bottom of the stripper to the reboiler and for conducting a heat exchange with the absorbing solution including the carbon dioxide discharged from the absorber; and a reboiler which supplies heat energy for separating the absorbing solution and the carbon dioxide to the absorber by using steam and electricity.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating acidic gas and method thereof capable of Reducing the amount of steam consumption in a regeneration tower by generating and supplying high-temperature steam with the configuration of a flash drum and a compressor, preventing high temperature degradation and corrosion from being generated by exchanging heat with the flash drum not by immediately injecting hot steam to the regeneration tower, enhancing gas-liquid separation efficiency and the total amount of steam generation by raising operating temperature of the flash drum under reduced pressure. The apparatus for treating acidic gas comprises: an absorption tower removing carbon dioxide in exhaust gas inputted through a gas injection line by combining with an absorbent; a heat exchanger receiving the carbon dioxide absorbed absorbent through a pump to exchange heat; a regeneration tower stripping carbon dioxide chemically bonded to the heat exchanged absorbent; a condenser condensing mixed gas in which carbon dioxide discharged from the regeneration tower and moister are mixed; a gas-liquid separation device connected to the condensate to separate condensate to send the condensate back to the regeneration tower; a reboiler supplying thermal energy to the regeneration tower; a flash drum generating stream by flash -evaporating lean amine discharged from the bottom of the regeneration tower; a compressor compressing steam generated from the flash drum into high-temperature and high-pressure steam; and a heat exchanger lower the temperature of the carbon dioxide stripped regenerated absorbent supplied from the regeneration tower by the pump under the level of that in the absorption tower and supplying the regenerated absorbent to the absorption tower.
