PURPOSE: A method for automatically inspecting pin-finger type blade root part using a turbine shroud band tracking device with supersonic waves is provided to reduce inspection time including equipment calibration and secure the reliability of non-destructive inspection, thereby reducing service expenses for inspecting a turbine of a domestic power plant. CONSTITUTION: In a method for automatically inspecting pin-finger type blade root part using a turbine shroud band tracking device with supersonic waves, an artificial detect reference test piece(400) is inserted into a part to be inspected by using the tracking device driving the pin-finger type root part of operating turbine blades to inspect a turbine with supersonic waves.

The present invention relates to a pipeline inspection apparatus comprising: a body unit which is in contact with a pipeline and accommodates the pipeline; a joint unit connected with the body unit and surrounding the pipeline; and a sensor unit which is installed either on one side of the body unit which in contact with the pipe line or on one side of the joint unit so as to check the condition of the pipeline inside. According to the pipe inspection apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention as described above, it is possible to inspect without widening the space between pipelines even when the space between pipelines is narrow and to easily and promptly inspect a wide area of the pipeline.

PURPOSE: A system for collecting large particle ash from a coal-fired power plant boiler is provided to prevent a catalyst in denitrification equipment from being blocked and to prevent power plant from pausing by efficiently collecting the large particle ash from the coal-fired power plant boiler. CONSTITUTION: A system for collecting large particle ash from a coal-fired power plant boiler comprises a deflector(210), a large particle ash collecting unit(220), and a rapping device(230). The deflector converts the flow direction of combustion gas transferring from the rear part of the heating surface of the coal-fired power plant boiler to an economizer fly ash hopper(200) and a denitrification equipment catalyst. The large particle ash collecting unit collects the large particle ash using a plurality of penetration holes having a predetermined diameter. The large particle ash collecting unit comprises a plurality of perforated plates, a plurality of perforated plate supports, and a perforated plate support link. The rapping device generates vibration to the large particle ash collecting unit and removes materials adhered to the perforated plates.

본 발명은 순산소 연소 보일러 제매기 계통의 밀봉장치 및 순산소 연소 보일러 시스템에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게 본 발명은 보일러 벽면에 고정되는 지지대와, 지지대에 대하여 상대이동이 가능하게 설치되는 부동형 구조의 스터핑박스와, 스터핑박스의 내측에 설치되어 증기분사 파이프의 외면에 밀착되는 다수의 래비린스 시일 및 그랜드 패킹을 포함한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 부동형(浮動形) 스터핑박스를 설치함으로써, 순산소 연소 보일러의 제매기의 관통부를 통하여 유입되는 외부의 공기를 차단하여 밀봉성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

PURPOSE: A gas sealing device of a soot blower of an oxy-fuel combustion boiler and an oxy-fuel combustion boiler system are provided to improve sealing efficiency by allowing a floating stuffing box to cut off external air flowing through the perforated part of a soot blower. CONSTITUTION: A gas sealing device of a soot blower of an oxy-fuel combustion boiler comprises a support(10), a floating stuffing box(20), and a sealing unit(40). The support is fixed to the wall surface(2) of a boiler. The stuffing box is relatively moved to the support. The sealing unit is installed inside the stuffing box and is adhered to the outer surface of a steam jetting pipe(1).

본 발명은 비파괴검사에 사용하는 프로브의 감지신호의 일정성을 유지하기 위한 비파괴검사용 프로브 삽입장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명에서는, 하단부에 복수의 롤러가 돌출되어 설치된 상부몸체; 상단부에 상기 상부몸체의 롤러에 대응하도록 복수의 롤러가 돌출되어 설치된 하부몸체; 상기 상부몸체 또는 하부몸체에 고정되어 상기 상부몸체와 상기 하부몸체가 상호간 슬라이딩 방식으로 접근 및 이탈되도록 하는 복수의 슬라이딩봉; 상기 상부몸체와 상기 하부몸체가 상기 슬라이딩 방식으로 접근 및 이탈되도록 하는 연동수단; 상기 상부몸체와 상기 하부몸체의 롤러를 구동하는 1 이상의 롤러구동수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비파괴검사용 프로브 삽입장치가 제공된다.
