    Abstract: PURPOSE: A length of a transmission frame based on LQI(Link Quality Indicator) determination method and apparatus thereof are provided to reduce data transmission delay time and power consumption by repeatedly transmitting packets. CONSTITUTION: An LQI request message creation unit(810) creates an LQI request message which requests LQI for a link with a target receiver. A transmission unit(820) transmits the LQI request message to the target receiver. A reception unit(830) receives an LQI response message including information for the LQI from the target receiver. A transmission frame length determination unit(840) determines a length of a transmission frame including data for the target receiver in order to be proportionate to LQI values.
