PURPOSE: An M2M(Machine to Machine) communication resource assignment device and a method thereof are provided to assign resources by using an identifier by providing the identifier for an M2M communication device. CONSTITUTION: When MTC(Machine Type Communication) data to be transmitted to an M2M communication device is issued, an MTC control unit(120) checks if the position of a wireless resource area for transmitting MTC data is changed in one transmission period. When the position of the wireless resource area for transmitting the MTC data is changed, the MTC control unit generates a control information block including MTC scheduling information. PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for configuring control information of an MBM(Multimedia Broadcast And Multicast Service) are provided to efficiently classify an MBSFN sub-frame used for MBMS transmission from an MBSFN(Multicast Broadcast Single Frequency Network) determined in SIB2(System Information Bock Type 2) information. CONSTITUTION: Each sub-frame allocation pattern, the period of a radio frame unit is compared with each sub-frame allocation pattern, and at least one sub-frame allocation pattern is set up in a repeated unit section. The control information including sub-frame information for the MBMS in the set unit section is configured. The control information is configured in bitmap type, and the bitmap includes the allocation information for the all sub-frames within the set unit section.

PURPOSE: A communication terminal automatically setting a mode and a mode setting method therefor are provided to reduce manufacturing costs of the terminal by simply controlling a vibration mode of the communication terminal in a specific region. CONSTITUTION: A receivers(211) receives an external electric wave. An interface unit(230) receives input of a user about setting on a user mode. A control unit(220) sets the user mode according to input of the interface unit. When the set up information is received to the receiver, the control unit sets the user mode according to the set up information. The set up information is included in system information as a parameter.

A method for transmitting and receiving random access response information in a radio communication system, a base station device and a terminal unit thereof are provided to support the variable and flexible management for the wireless resources of a physical layer by configuring response information when utilizing or allocating radio resources. A terminal transmits a random access preamble to a base station(S101). When the base station detects the access preamble transmitted from the terminal, the base station transmits a response message including the sequence to the terminal(S103). The terminal transmits setup request information to the base station by using uplink radio resource allocation information(S105), and the base station transmits the response control information for the setup request information(S107).

A control channel block(CB) including control information for controlling a terminal and identifying information for classifying the control information transmitted to the terminal is configured. The comprised control channel block is coded by a channel and transmitted. The control channel block includes error correction code information. The terminal decodes the control channel block.

A paging information transmission method and a paging method in a mobile communication system are provided to transmit paging information to MSs(Mobile Stations) that does not maintain uplink synchronization to allow the MSs to perform paging based on the paging information. A BS(Base Station)(100) checks whether there is packet data or a control message to be transmitted to an MS(S100). When there is packet data or a control message, the BS checks whether the MS maintains uplink physical layer synchronization(S110). If the MS maintains the uplink physical layer synchronization, the BS configures radio resource allocation information for transmission of packet information by using an identifier of the MS(S120). The BS transmits the radio resource allocation information via a physical layer control channel and transmits a packet data block via downlink radio resource(S130). the MS searches whether the radio resource allocation information exists in a physical layer control channel(S140). If there is radio resource allocation information, the MS receives a packet data block transmitted by the BS(S150-S160). The MS generates HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Retransmit reQuest) response information and transmits it to the BS(S170,S180).

A power-saving operation method for UEs(User Equipments) in a cellular system is provided to effectively reduce the power consumption of a UE by controlling power-saving operation of the UE in an active state by using an indicator which indicates whether the power-saving operation is required. A node B sets up power-saving parameters according to the QoS of a packet service and transmits them to a UE together with system information which is transmitted through a broadcast channel(S311). If packet data are generated, the node B and the UE attempt associated services(S312). Then, the node B transits the UE to an active state(S313). The UE, entering into the active state, works in a transmission mode(S314). At this moment, the node B and the UE execute a session setup process through negotiations(S315). Then, the UE reports a preferring power-saving indicator value to the node B according to its power setup environment(S316). The node B determines a power-saving indicator value to be applied to the UE in consideration of the reported power-saving indicator value and its environment(S317). In case the power-saving indicator is set to "ON", the node B determines power-saving parameters through negotiations with the UE(S318). The UE transfers to a transmission stop mode, and executes the power-saving operation according to the determined power-saving parameters(S319).
