Abstract: PURPOSE: A load balancing apparatus and a load balancing method thereof are provided to distribute a load balancing function to multiple components for preventing the load balancing apparatus from being overloaded. CONSTITUTION: A balancing unit (120) determines at least one server among multiple physical servers included in a server farm as a target server to provide a client a service. The balancing unit determines a forwarding path between the target server and the client and a forwarding rule in respect of the forwarding path. A network unit (110) is positioned on the forwarding path. The network unit comprises at least one or more switches. At least one or more switches forwards a data packet received from the client to the target server on reference to the forwarding rule.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A virtual node identification apparatus and method thereof are provided to share a service like IaaS(Infra as a Service) in a virtual node unit by receiving a command for creating virtual nodes from a virtual network control server. CONSTITUTION: An identifier creation unit of a virtual node manager registers a node name of a physical node as a natural language type(310). The identifier creation unit creates virtual node sequential numbers(330). The identifier creation unit creates a virtual node identifier(340). The identifier creation unit stores a URN(Uniform Resource Name) virtual node identifier in an identifier information storage table(350). The identifier creation unit notifies the URN virtual node identifier of a virtual network control server which transmits the virtual node creation command(360).
