Abstract: PURPOSE: A receiving device and a method in a wireless communication system using multi antenna are provided to enable noise variance by antenna almost similar. CONSTITUTION: An AGC(Automatic Gain Control) unit(300) calculates the gain of each variable digital gain amplifier(100) by being provided digital signals outputted from a analog digital converter(200). The AGC selects minimum gain value among the calculated gain values. The AGC calculates difference values between the minimum gain value and rest gain values. According to the calculated difference values, a noise matching amplifier(400) lessens the digital signals.
