Abstract: calculating the signals belonging to each sub band of the same frequency band after performing the subband filtering as to the inputted signal and obtaining the frequency component of the inputted signal by the Fourier transformation as to the inputted digital audio signal(4 or 6,12); and repeating this step until a new audio signal is inputted by forming a single bit row type to be transmitted by a multiplexing after allotting quantization bits by calculating the blocking threshold value.
