PURPOSE: A spatial multiplexing communication system is provided to transmit data by using a communication channel without interference. CONSTITUTION: A transmission device estimates distance between a receiving device and oneself (410). The transmission device selects a part of a plurality of activated transmission antennas. The transmission device inactivates the selected transmission antennas. The transmission device groups the plurality of activated transmission antennas into a plurality of groups (420). PURPOSE: A disaster prevention system and a method thereof based on a wireless local access network are provided to bilaterally correspond to the disasters. PURPOSE: A public service providing system is provided to enable a user to conveniently receive public services through a user terminal by providing the integrated public service to the user terminal. A user management unit(120) registers or dissipates the public services for the user of the user terminal by receiving the public service registration or dissipation request from the user terminal. The user management unit stores public service registration information by matching public service identification information with user identification information.

PURPOSE: A contention based channel access method using a directional antenna in a broadband wireless communication system and a device thereof are provided to reduce the number of attempts for impossible communication. CONSTITUTION: An information collecting unit(610) receives contention section participation intention information and receiving antenna setup information from distribution devices in a network. A resource allocation scheduling unit(620) allocates resources. The resource allocation scheduling unit is divided into a beam forming available contention section and a beam forming unavailable contention section. PURPOSE: A transceiving path collection method for measuring and correcting the transceiving path property in the multiple antenna radio channel system is provided to correct the transceiving path of the radio channel system by using the measured value. CONSTITUTION: A multiple antenna radio channel measuring system is operated by switching the multiple antenna radio channel measuring system formed with a single path. It is measured sending/receiving signal of the base band(S200). The sending/receiving signals measured is analyzed. The size and phase variation generated by the transceiver path are deducted(S300). A transceiver path of the radio channel measuring system is corrected by using the deducted size and phase value(S400).

PURPOSE: A MIMO system, receiving apparatus, and signal receiving method are provided to increase signal transmission ratio and link level performance and to reduce the complexity of a receiver. CONSTITUTION: A QR decomposition unit(300) converts a receiving signal into a receiving vector. The QR decomposition unit decomposes the channel matrix vector of the received vector to a single matrix vectors and an upper triangular matrix vector. A first estimation unit(302) estimates a symbol through the decomposed vectors. The first estimation unit calculates an LLR(Log Likelihood Ratio). A second estimation unit(304) estimates the symbol in a DFE(Determination Feedback Equalizer) method.

A receiving unit converts a first electric signal into first data. A transmission unit converts second data into a second electric signal. The transducer converts the first electric signal into a second ultrasonic wave. The transducer transmits the converted second ultrasonic wave to an ultrasonic base station and a second ultrasonic wave terminal by using a solid medium.
