PURPOSE: An AMI gateway unit and a method thereof for processing AMI(Advanced Metring Infrastructure) massive data and various application profiles are provided to reduce data amount to efficiently process the massive data. CONSTITUTION: A storage part(220) stores a mapping table, in which the second ID value mapped in the first ID value, is saved. An ID processing unit(270) converts the first ID value into the second ID value with reference to the mapping table. A meter data processing unit(240) produces the increment of meter value transmitted from a cyclometer for the inspection of a meter. A processor(250) is transmitted the increment of meter value and the second ID value. The processor transmits the increment of the meter value and the second ID value as AMI massive data to the AMI server.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for detecting survival of animate being and a method using the same are provided to reduce power consumption in an organism by detecting the survival of the organism without an additional complex signal. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for detecting survival of animate being and a method using the same, a tilt sensor(110) is attached to a target organism. The tilt sensor detects the minute vibration which is generated from the movement of the target organism A determination unit(120) determines the survival during a predetermined update period based on the minute vibration. A communication unit(130) transmits an update package including the determination result of the determination unit to outside. The update packet includes a death filed indicating survival information filed and update period.

PURPOSE: A mesh routing method and a mesh routing apparatus in a beacon-based wireless adhoc network are provided to create or manage a neighbor node table without the generation of additional control traffic. CONSTITUTION: A source node B firstly inspects the presence of the information of a destination node C within a neighbor node table(S31). In case the information of the destination node C exists in the neighbor node table, the source node B extracts the address of a node A. The source node B transfers data to the node A. If the destination address of data is the same as a data address, the node A transfers the data to the destination node C(S32).

PURPOSE: A passive RFID system and method are provided to transmit a tag signal with one slot and a frequency band. CONSTITUTION: A processor(110) transits a sub channel in which collision and interference does not generate to a sleep status. A transmitting unit(120) performs the encoding of a command generated in the processor and size jitter modulation. In order that the processor grasps the sub channel by slot in which collision and interference does not generate, a receiving unit(130) performs the acquisition and demodulation of a tag signal by slot received through a plurality of sub channels. The receiving unit offers the processed tag signal to the processor.

PURPOSE: A security information method of an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) system is provided to prevent an illegal leakage of the RFID tag information. CONSTITUTION: An RFID reader(10) receives security level information from an RFID tag(20). The RFID reader establishes the security level one of an authentication security or a message security by the security level information. The RFID reader transceives a message with the RFID tag by the set security level. The authentication security is to transmit and receive message through the RFID tag and authentication by using an encryption key. The message security is for ciphering the message and transmitting the ciphered message to the RFID tag.

PURPOSE: An environment monitoring system and a method thereof are provided to collect environment monitoring system information using a bicycle rental system. CONSTITUTION: Plural environment monitoring sensors are installed in the movement routes of bicycles(110). The monitoring sensors obtain environmental data. The bicycles receive environmental data from the environmental monitoring sensors through near field communication. The bicycles comprises environment information collection devices(112). An environment monitoring device(120) receives environment data from the bicycles.

PURPOSE: A messaging transmission/reception method for RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) reader operation control is provided to transmit and receive a message by a standardized protocol between the host and the RFID reader. CONSTITUTION: A host(100) transmits a command message to an RFID reader for the operation control(S110). The command message includes message length, a message identifier, and a working code. The host receives a response message corresponding to the command message from the RFID reader(S120). The response message includes message length, a message identifier, a working code, and a response code.
