    Abstract: PURPOSE: Service quality guarantee method and terminal thereof in consideration of fairness in a competency based wireless network are provided to fairly use a channel being shared resources by a user by providing differentiation according to priority of traffic in a competency based wireless access network and by offering fairness by selection of terminal.
