A frequency mapping part(103) generates a transmitting frame by mapping transmitting information to a time and frequency domain based on the synchronous pattern. A transmitting part(104) transmits the transmitting frame. A synchronous pattern generating part generates the synchronous pattern by variously setting ratio between the base sequence and the transformation sequence included in the synchronous pattern.
