Abstract:
본 발명은 컴퓨팅 기능을 갖고 있는 다양한 가전기기들로 이루어진 홈 네트워크 상에서 실시간성을 보장하는 정보의 전달 장치 및 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에서 기반으로 하는 홈 네트워크는 HAVi (Home Audio/Video interoperability) 네트워크로써 각 가전기기들은 몇 개의 서버 역할을 하는 가전기기에 자신을 제어할 수 있는 모듈을 등록하고 이러한 모듈과 사용자를 위한 서비스 제공 프로그램은 HAVi에서 정의한 메시지 교환 방식의 정보 전달 체계를 사용하여 통신한다. 교환되는 메시지는 HAVi가 통신 기반으로 활용하고 있는 IEEE1394라는 초고속 통신 인터페이스를 통해 물리적으로 지원 가능한 크기로 조각화되어 전달되며 이를 TAM(Transferred Adapation Module) 패킷이라 한다. 본 발명에서는 기존의 HAVi에서 정의한 메시지 교환 방식의 정보전달 체계에서 실시간성을 필요하는 가전기기가 정보를 전달하고자 할 때 일반적인 정보들에 비해 우선적으로 처리하도록 하고, 또한 기존의 방식을 침해하지 않음으로써 기존의 응용 프로그램이나 가전기기들이 동작되는데 아무런 문제를 발생하지 않도록 할 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A packet transmission method in LonWorks is provided to satisfy both high transfer rate and transmission data reliability by generating an index in each packet, indexing transmission packets, and re-transmitting a lost data. CONSTITUTION: If 10 packets are transmitted from a node 1 to a node 2, it is judged whether index data are requested or whether only a general node ID should be checked(S602,S604). If the index data are requested, corresponding indexes are checked and sequentially counted(S608). If only the node ID should be checked, corresponding data are transferred(S606). It is judged whether an error occurs in the index sequential(that is, an arithmetical value is varied)(S610). If 10 packets are received through a sequential index counting process, corresponding data are transferred(S606). If the index order is non-sequential, the node 1 requests re-transmission of every packet after a packet corresponding to an arithmetical value variation-initiated index from the node 2(S612).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A byte code generation and performing method is provided to define a new loop byte code for performing a loop sentence at a JAVA virtual machine, and enhance a performance of the JAVA virtual machine by using the loop byte code. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. It is checked whether a loop sentence is performed according to a set algorithm while a class file is read by a JAVA virtual machine(S401). In a case that the loop sentence is detected, the loop sentence is converted into a new byte code and a loop table is generated(S402). A construction of a loop table is completed for all the overlapped loop by repeating the loop sentence detection step and the loop processing step(S403). The completed loop table is offered to the JAVA virtual machine and corresponding byte codes are executed.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for zero-copy message passing is disclosed to eliminate memory duplication overhead caused by message-passing and to minimize the decline in performance by sharing a memory, which is used for passing process, demo and network card message passing, in a network environment. CONSTITUTION: A method for zero-copy message passing is composed of transmission, reception, and direction. When sending message to a remote host, message is copied from processor(201)'s local area to an area where memory(203)'s DMA is possible. A network card(204) transmits data to network, therefore eliminating overhead through zero-copy. A memory area(203) for all processes of message passing and network card receives designated area allocated by boot time. The memory area receives the physical address of start point and size that are returned by operation system and informs the general processor of the information. Each process finds the area where common memory can enter within its imaginary memory, maps the physical memory area and imaginary memory area using a map. Therefore, when writing in its imaginary memory space, it's actually writing in common memory.

PURPOSE: A physical space information management system of a home environment and a method thereof are provided to effectively control and manage resources connected to a home network by using physical space information of a home environment as a single resource in a home network environment. CONSTITUTION: An information providing agent(100) converts physical space information of a home according to a predetermined space information expression form. The information providing agent transmits the converted physical space information to a home information management server(200). The home information management server receives the physical space information of the home from the information providing agent and manages the information. The information providing agent prepares a physical space information converter and a message generator. The message generator generates a predetermined type of message using the converted physical space information. PURPOSE: A cloud computing based virtual smart home system, server apparatus, home gateway, and method are provided to offer services of a home server by constructing a cloud computing based virtual smart home server at a block server or an IDC(Internet Data Center). CONSTITUTION: A home gateway(102) contacts a home network apparatus(104) to an external communication network. The home network apparatus is connected through a home network(103) within home. A cloud server(101) is connected to the home gateway. The cloud server collects resource information of the home network apparatus and the content information stored within the home network apparatus. The cloud server syntagmatically manages the collected information, home content information, and resource information.

PURPOSE: A semantic home network management system, cloud estimation apparatus, and semantic home network access apparatus are provided to offer the efficiency of information processing by applying pattern rules and by recognizing a home network state, a system state, and a service state. CONSTITUTION: A sensing information collection unit collects sensing information according to the state of a home network. A sensing information filtering unit(3004) processes time series data for the sensing information. A pattern learning unit(3014) processes pattern learning for time series data processing results. A pattern rule creation unit creates pattern rules according to the pattern learning.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A control method of a broadcast network and a home network for a 4D broadcast service is provided to reproduce a realistic effect that an existing media for broadcast is unable to offer. CONSTITUTION: A broadcast network encodes image data of a specified space recorded by a multiple camera(S1410). The broadcast network receives realistic effect data from one or more sensors(S1420). The broadcast network synchronizes the realistic effect data and the image data of the specified space in consideration of encoding time in regard to the image data(S1430). The broadcast network creates TS(Transport Stream) including the realistic effect data and the image data(S1440). The broadcast network transmits the created TS to a home network(S1450).
