Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for controlling the call admission of a mobile communication system is provided to be able to control the call admission adapting to a cell load by controlling the call admission on the basis of total receiving power in a base station. CONSTITUTION: If a call admission is required from a mobile station(10), a base station determines the request power for the call(20). The base station adds the request power and total receiving power, and compares the result and a threshold value(30). If the result is more than the threshold value, the call is rejected(50). If the result is equal or less than the threshold value, the call is admitted(40).

PURPOSE: A resource allocation method in a wireless communication system is provided to reduce interference between users by allocating a slot having the highest performance index among unoccupied slots in an OFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) type ad-hoc system to a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A resource allocating device senses a subcarrier already being used by the other terminal among all of subcarriers(S410). The resource allocating device obtains a time error, a frequency error, and receiving power information of the occupied subcarrier(S420). The resource allocating device calculates an SINR(Signal-to-Interference plus Noise Ratio) of unoccupied subcarriers(S430). The resource allocating device allocates a subcarrier having the highest SINR among the unoccupied subcarriers to a terminal(S440). [Reference numerals] (S410) Sensing a subcarrier being used; (S420) Acquiring a time error, a frequency error, and receiving power information of the occupied subcarrier; (S430) Calculating SINR of unoccupied subcarriers; (S440) Selecting and allocating a subcarrier with the maximum SINR

PURPOSE: Access controlling method and device in a wireless communication system are provided to improve the reliability and the safety of network by avoiding the collision of neighing nodes in orthogonal frequency division multiple access(OFDMA)-based wireless mesh network. CONSTITUTION: Information with respect to following transmission timings of a 1-hop node and a 2-hop node is received through the 1-hop node(S501). The information calculates the following transmission time interval of the 1-hop node and the 2-hop node(S502). Based on the following transmission time interval, a sub-frame and a sub-channel corresponding to the following transmission timings are determined(S503 to S509). Information with respect to the following transmission timing with information with respect to the transmission timing of the 1-hop node is transmitted to the 1-hop node.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for obtaining symbol synchronization robust to frequency offset in a wireless communication system are provided to reduce complexity of a receiver for obtaining symbol synchronization by assigning a synchronous pattern for obtaining symbol synchronization to a synchronous channel. CONSTITUTION: A sequence generating part(101) generates a base sequence for obtaining symbol synchronization. A synchronous pattern generating part(102) generates a transformation sequence based on the base sequence. The synchronous pattern generating part generates a synchronous pattern by assembling the transformation sequence and the base sequence. A frequency mapping part(103) generates a transmitting frame by mapping transmitting information to a time and frequency domain based on the synchronous pattern. A transmitting part(104) transmits the transmitting frame. A synchronous pattern generating part generates the synchronous pattern by variously setting ratio between the base sequence and the transformation sequence included in the synchronous pattern.
