PURPOSE: A packing film is provided to have visual improvement more suitable for a product design and to have security to correspond to a counterfeit. CONSTITUTION: A film is formed with coating polymer slurry on a base layer. The polymer slurry includes polymer made of thermoplastic resin, thermosetting resin or mixed polymer, a light-emitting material reacting with electromagnetic wave and a mixture solvent for specific viscosity. A film for packing is made by coating polymer slurry on a synthetic resin film packing a packing target material and drying. A part in which the polymer slurry is coated is less than 30% of the total area of the packing target material. The polymer slurry includes thermoplastic resin, thermosetting resin or mixed polymer with which these materials are mixed, a light-emitting material reacting with electromagnetic wave and a mixture solvent for specific viscosity. PURPOSE: A producing method of security paper using a micro-precision processing mode is provided to obtain the security paper with excellent surface roughness. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of security paper using a micro-precision processing mode comprises the following steps: producing a concavo-convex structure on a gold net using a half-etching processing through chemical milling; producing holes on the gold net using photolithography(1500, 1510, 1520, 1530, 1540, 1550, 1560); and producing silver units by the properties of the concavo-convex structure and the holes.

PURPOSE: A method for forming multi-directional latent images on metal products and a metal product with multi-directional latent images formed by the same are provided to obtain latent images with superior reproducibility and minutely and precisely express three or more types of complicated latent image patterns. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming multi-directional latent images(A',B',C',D') on a metal product(5) comprises the steps of: forming a plurality of recesses on a latent image mold unit using a laser machining device, dividing each recess according to the number of latent image patterns so that different latent images are formed in the divided surfaces, repeating the above steps to consecutively form a plurality of recesses with latent images and thus to obtain a multi-directional latent image mold in which the combination of latent images formed on the divided surfaces on the same side forms one latent image, and pressing the multi-directional latent image mold on a metal product to form latent image projections corresponding to the recesses.

PURPOSE: A coining mold manufacturing method is provided to enable a smooth coinage coining task by preventing coinage from being attached on a core. CONSTITUTION: A coining mold manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: forming a core(1) sintered by mixing cobalt-based binder with farinose diamond and firstly manufacturing a coinage inserting hole(2) inside the core; manufacturing the core by a precision process of the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the coinage inserting hole and manufacturing the core; manufacturing a core ring(3) made of mold steel and heat-treating the core ring; coupling the core with the inside of the core ring by heating the core ring; completing a coining mold through grinding and polishing processes; and punching non-ferrous metal material on the core coupled with the inside of the core ring.
