Abstract: An apparatus for fastening an elastic rail is provided to rapidly replace the rail without separating the spring clip from the shoulder by sliding the spring clip to the outside of the rail on the fixing frame. An apparatus for fastening an elastic rail(10) is composed of a rail pad(100) inserted between the upper surface of the sleeper and the lower surface of a rail foot(11); an insulated block(200) mounted on the upper surface of the rail foot; a spring clip(300) integrally formed with a straight front part pressing the upper surface of the insulated block, a rear end, and a curved part connected to the front part; and a shoulder(400) contacted with the rail pad and the insulated block and embedded in the sleeper, wherein the spring clip is slidingly fitted to combine or dismantle the rail. A projection part is formed on the lower end of the combining part of the shoulder.

Abstract: 본 발명은 열차 통과시 발생하는 상부하중을 하부의 자갈도상으로 전달하여주기 위한 고속철도용 방진침목 및 그 제작방법을 개시한다.
본 발명은 철도 궤도의 자갈도상(10) 위에 설치되는 PC침목(20)의 하면에 탄성패드(30)를 부착하여 주행차량의 진동을 감쇠시키기 위한 방진침목의 제작방법에 있어서, 상기 PC침목(20)의 하면의 형상과 같은 평면구조를 갖는 베이스판(31)과 상기 베이스판(31)의 상부면에 소정 간격으로 배치되어 상부로 돌출되는 다수의 정착돌기(32)를 구비하도록 탄성 재질의 합성수지재를 이용해 탄성패드(30)를 일체로 제작하고, 콘크리트 몰드에 프리스트레스트용 고강도의 강선을 배치하고 상기 몰드내에 콘크리트를 타설한 후, 상기 강선을 인장시켜 콘크리트에 압축력이 작용하는 상태로 긴장력을 부여한 다음, 타설된 콘크리트의 표면에 상기 탄성패드(30)의 베이스판(31)이 부착되도록 상기 정착돌기(32)들을 삽입시킨 후, 양생시키는 작업을 통해 완성함을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 의하면 콘크리트와의 부착작업이 아주 용이하고 부착력이 우수하며 내구성이 좋은 방진침목을 제공할 수 있다.
