Abstract:
본발명은금속이온이침출된황산함유침출액으로부터다가금속이온을회수하는방법및 이를위한복합멤브레인에관한것으로, 황화광석을원료로하는습식비철제련시발생하는, 금속이온이침출된황산함유침출액으로부터다가금속이온을회수함에있어, 방향족다가아민과지방족다가아민의혼합물과다관능성산할로겐화합물의계면중합에의해형성된폴리아미드코팅층을포함하는복합멤브레인을사용함으로써황산에대한화학적안정성을향상시킬수 있을뿐만아니라이와동시에수투과유량도향상시킬수 있고, 특히다가금속이온의배제율이일가금속이온의배제율보다높아희소금속들의회수율을높일수 있다.

본 발명은 화학적 내구성이 우수한 아세틸 메셀로스계 분리막 및 이의 제조방법에 대한 것이다. 구체적으로 본 발명은 아세틸 메셀로스를 제조한 후, 상기 아세틸 메셀로스와 셀룰로스 아세테이트의 혼합에 의하여 막오염 저항성이 유지되면서도 화학적 내구성이 향상된 분리막을 제조하는 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 제조된 분리막은 스펀지 구조의 단면을 가짐으로써, 아세틸 메셀로스나 셀룰로스 아세테이트 단독 사용과 비교하여, 막오염 저항성을 유지함과 동시에 화학적 내구성이 향상되는 효과를 갖는다.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sugar solution using a membrane and, more specifically, to a method for removing a fermentation inhibitory materials and manufacturing a refined sugar solution, which modifies a polyamide nano-filtration membrane for reducing the surface charge, and then, filtering the sugar solution using the modified polyamide nano-filtration membrane.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a high performance reinforced membrane, and more specifically, to A method for manufacturing a reinforced membrane with improved permeability through double coating. The method for manufacturing a high performance reinforced membrane according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a first coating step using a first coating composition, a step of forming a first coating layer; a second coating step using a second coating composition; and a step of forming a second coating layer.

PURPOSE: An acetyl cellulose-based separate membrane for water treatment with excellent durability and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain acetylcellulose with high molecular weight of 200,000-1,000,000 by de-alkylating and acetylating cellulose ether. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an acetyl cellulose-based separate membrane for water treatment with excellent durability comprises the steps of: de-alkylating cellulose ether indicated as the following chemical formula1.and acetylating the de-alkylated cellulose ether. The acetylcellulose has an substitution degree about acetyl group of two to three. In the chemical formula 1, R1, R2 and R3 are respectively hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl, and N is the fixed number two or more. But the exception is made when R1, R2 and R3 are all hydrogen.
